the "Jimmy's" at Luxury Auto really took care of us, both times we've purchased from them. They are very detailed with explaining the finance process and costs. They have a very personable staff and are welcoming. I like that we can call them any time and they will answer our questions and not blow us off. It's a great experience working with them, not your common "slick" car salesmen. They are a good group of guys, we will be back again in a few years! :)

I ditched my job's workshop afternoon session at the Tinley convention to go look for a car at Luxury Automax! Maxey was amazing at trying to locate the perfect vehicle for me and I'm not easy to please at all! A truck came in and I knew that was the one for me! Although an used truck, it was clean with only one owner and maintained by dealer! Maxey made me feel comfortable and did not rush me to make a decision! I told him what I wanted to do and he stuck to my wishes! I decided to come back the next day and wanted to start the process of buying the truck! Everyone was so nice and inviting including the mechanic and the porters! Jimmie the guy over finance was able to secure a great loan for me. He also threw in the cost of a part for my truck. That was totally cool! They fed me and kept me laughing all while I was there! I was also given some great advice from their father too! I called him Pops! As a woman, I wanted to be in total control of the process. I didn't want to be taken advantage of. Guess what? I wasn't! You won't be steered wrong going to Luxury AutoMax! Love my Audi Q7!

I drove pass the lot and decided to just take a look. After a test drive, the sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't think I was going to pull this purchase off.
