LIAR. RUDE. SCAM.

Horrible. Jason is a liar and a scam. I came in looking for an 09 G8 GXP. The title said salvaged, but he tried covering that up. Price was set at 20k. I was SUPER close to buying it, but my credit union closed at noon and was unable to finish for another 2 days. LESS THAN A DAY LATER he changed the price from 20k to 30k. He is ONLY in it for the sale. He is rude. No customer service. No consistency. I came in to say I wanted the car, and he said yea, go drive it really quickly I have a guy that's coming here to pay cash for it right now. Then suddenly it was 2 guys. THE CAR NEVER SOLD. LIAR. SCAM. DONT SHOP HERE.

Hello Jordan Please elaborate on the whole story. You wanted to trade in your Mazda 6 that has a 4 cyc engine. You were looking for an even trade. I refused to sell you the car because the GXP had a deposit on it. I was nice enough to let you drive the vehicle. We were fully transparent with you. We showed you the title and the carfax. I am sorry I refused your offer. The GXP is SOLD and left today.

Beware Run Fast to Another lot

Buyers Do Not Shop here Jason is Not a “People”person. He has no idea what the word customer service means. And he is also a xxxxx. He will pretend to be nice long enough to try and make a sale but once you question about the carfax history of the vehicles his entire demeanor will change and the real Jason will show up! We drove all the way from Valparaiso Indiana to make a cash purchase of a SUV . However upon arrival we were met by this pushy salesman by the name of Jason Sahmah . We looked at the SUV the inside was nice and so was the outside. But asked about the carfax on the vehicle he first tried to fast talk around it. So when my fiancé pushed the issue of the carfax Jason told us show him the cash money we had. And i asked him why do I need to show you the money that we have when we’re still in the negotiation process and that he still needs to produce a carfax of the vehicle FIRST before we go any further.. At this point Jason’s whole demeanor changed and he started acting passive aggressively asking if we had jobs . Asking if we were factory worker. He kept pushing the issue of us showing him our cash money stating if we came to make a cash purchase we should pull out our money then had the audacity to walk over to the closet and pull out a money counting machine... He kept passive aggressively saying I know if I came to make a cash deal with someone I’d pull my money out and put it on the table..so I politely interrupted him and said exactly that’s how YOU would do business but you see I’m NOT YOU and YOUR NOT ME so I don’t have to do business the way that you do... but what you can do is produce the carfax on the vehicle like we asked for about 20 minutes ago. Jason clearly is angered by us questioning him about the vehicles history and authenticity so he fires back at us with a direct insult. His words to us was well you don’t look like you have $13,000 cash no way... 😲😳😒 After that insult all business negotiations were a done deal. My fiancé looked at me and said let’s go I replied my thoughts exactly. So then Jason narcissistic xxx tries to get all nice and sweet. Saying wait don’t go please tell me how I can earn your business. I replied to him by saying You Can’t you just insulted us so a business deal is no longer an option... Jason then tried to back pedal by saying I didn’t mean it like that it’s not a racist!!! I politely replied to him first off I never mentioned the word race .... YOU did not me. I said I no longer wanted to do business here because you insulted us by saying we didn’t look as if we had $13,000 cash. But now since YOU mentioned race I really know what the issue is so I’d rather NOT do business. Thanks but No Thanks!!! I’m glad this happened because from the looks of the other reviews on this site and others about this lot this guy is a shiesty salesman who sales vehicle that look good but are really pieces of junk that breakdown months later and isn’t worth the money spent!!! He knows this which exactly why he discourages his customers from wanting the carfax report and he’s invasive when asked about purchasing a warranty!! To the potential customers spend your hard earned money elsewhere this guy is a scam artist!!

Car buyer

Don't buy a car here.. jason is a xxxxxxxx, and a liar His wife is a liar as well, who has no decision making authority, but pretends to, and at the end she'll say, nothing I can do take it up with my husband. I bought a 09 escalade here, less than 2 days later I started to hear a noise, it needed a new front differential, they don't make that part anymore so it had to get rebuild, $2000 it costed to get fixed. It took them 3 weeks to get me my car back, it also had a few other repairs that needed fixing, you would think it would have gotten fixed since they had it for so long right? WRONG. only the deferential got fixed and nothing else. Jason's answer to me was I knew nothing, did you tell me? I did, not only did I tell him I told his wife, another sales person, and his cousin, who works as his mechanic, who came with a notebook to write down my concerns and complains. And when I picked up my car I noticed that someone stole my navigation cd and 1 of my center caps, but of course, nothing was done about it. DON'T BUY HERE... The cars look nice but the ppl are extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. the car I bought is falling apart. Check engine light is on, handles are breaking off, it has more front end problems and has electrical issues as well. I got robbed here, dont let the same happen to you, dont buy from these ppl.

Alfredo Morales elaborate the whole the story. This was a very long process because we couldn't get you financed at first. After working extremely hard on getting you financed, you came in and purchased the vehicle. You never drove the vehicle first because we didn't think it was possible to get you financed. Once we had an approval you came in and did the paperwork. You went home happy and a week a later you heard noise. Once again I helped you out with splitting the cost of repairs. You had 3 of my employees catering to you. We took the Navigation Disc and floor mats out of another Cadillac Escalade for you. The door handles are the most common problem on older Cadillac Escalade. The vehicle had over 150,000K everything you are stating is normal for a car that year and miles. We went above and beyond for you. We even provided you with a loaner your welcome.

THE CARS LOOK GREAT ON THE OUTSIDE AND EVEN THE INSIDE HOWEVER 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE CAR/TRUCK BREAKS DOWN AND JIMMY NOR JASON IS WILLING TO REPAIR THE DAMAGES FAREAL JUST TO GET YOU OUT THEIR FACE

CANNOT BE TRUSTED

I cannot give them a zero or I would. Agreed on a price and gave credit card for deposit and all was good they would hold it until I was there in two days. I took off work, sold another car to pay for it and at the eleventh hour, literally hours before i would arrive they sold the vehicle to someone else. We were even texting hours before they sold it. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL, NOT PEOPLE OF THEIR WORD

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would have given them a rating of negative star if there is something like that. I called this dealership today - 10/18 and the gentleman I spoke with is so rude. The worst customer service I have ever had. To cap it all, he hung up the phone on me because I complained about this customer service and attitude. If this is how you treat your customers you are in the wrong business and you won't be in business for long. BUYERS BEWARE. THIS IS RED FLAG #1 - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
