Poor Customer Service

Poor customer service in the auto sales area. First, Hubler Chevy in Camby lists autos on their local website that are not on their local lot. This is an huge inconvenience to me, the customer. It would be nice to see the cars available at my local dealership. Second, when I wanted to see a car that is listed, the dealership did not tell me where to see it. They also refused to make it available, locally, unless I filled out an online credit application first. (They said there is a car shortage. The credit app is to hold it for me so I would not lose it.) I have not seen the vehicle or driven it at this point. Why the heck would I give them all of my personal and sensitive data before seeing the real car? Gee, if I did not have the money to by the car, I would not have been asking to see it. I am a grown man, not an 18 yr old kid. If there is a car shortage and this local dealership knows I want a specific car, I would think they would serve me better. After all, I live in their area. I am a new customer to their business. Also, I will tell my friends and family about them. Hubler Chevy in Camby, Indiana will not get my business. I advise local folks to look elsewhere. If they don't care before they get your money, (30k plus $$) they won't care afterwards. People need to say "NO" to high pressure sales BS. In closing, do not sell yourself short. With all of the identity theft and underhanded deals out there, don't let a shiny object cause you to get exposed! Hubler Chevy should reveal where the cars posted on their website are actually located. This is a sales tactic and total garbage.

Experience at Greg Greg Huber's Chevy

Check with local bank on loan values of my trade 2015 2wd Silverado against Huber's 2015 4wd Silverado. Book to book was $7700 difference. Offered to trade for $9000. They refused wanting $16,000 difference. I can't justify paying Huber's a $8300.00 profit on the deal. Even my bank laughed at them. Don't try to buy a truck in Mooresville.

4x4 Truck

Overall liked the dealership. Used vehicle selection low. New vehicle selection was good. Nice dealership in good community. Had time to look around without being bothered.

Nathan Childers made it so easy to buy a new used vehicle. He actually took the time to listen to ME. He's not your average pushy bullcrapper sales man. He went above and beyond to get me in a car the same day! Love this place and the people! They are a god send!

Mixed Review

We have had mixed experiences at Greg Hubler Chevrolet in Camby, IN. Our initial experience with salesman Chet was very good as he helped us in 2015 to lease a Chevy Equinox. In subsequent contacts Chet has always been friendly and courteous. We have also had very good service from the service department when bringing the vehicle in for maintenance and repairs. However, our last experience with Travis as we tried to turn in our vehicle near the end of lease was terrible. We attempted to drop the vehicle off on Friday morning. By 3:30 PM Travis was still unable to get the Vehicle Return Receipt, suggesting we come back Monday, and insisted that we could not take the vehicle home because it was "grounded." We however argued that the vehicle could not be "held hostage" and drove it home. It was suggested that we might take it to another GM dealer. On Monday morning we called Travis who said he could not promise he could complete the transaction on that day since we had taken our car home against his instruction. We decided to take his suggestion, made on Friday, and made arrangements to leave the vehicle off at Champion Chevrolet in Avon, IN. At Champion the return of the leased vehicle was taken care of in half an hour.

DISHONEST, DEVIOUS AND DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP

This dealership discuss me that they do business in Mooresville, Ind. The salesmen are pitiful examples of businessmen. I will never do business and will continue to let people know how bad it is. I have bought several new cars from this place, now the staff has changed and I will never go back. I have sent several people to them in the past, never again. The salesman told me twice that he would take the offer after he got up from the table he didn’t even present it to the mgr. he brought it back to the table and said they couldn’t do it after saying they would. I will continue to tell people how dishonest they are. This will be the first of several ratings. I really don’t want to give them 1 star.

Nice people

Very nice people who worked on a price we could both agree on. Only issue was is was super awkward and unorganized. We talk to 4 sales people and I still have no clue who actually sold me the car. The van is super nice and I have no issues at all. Overall I would shop again
