I had an extremely disappointing experience at the MINI

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the MINI dealership in Calabasas. They quoted me over $2,600 for a service that my trusted local mechanic completed for only $800—a massive and unjustifiable difference. I was shocked by the inflated pricing and felt it was completely dishonest. It’s hard not to feel taken advantage of when the cost discrepancy is that extreme. I strongly urge others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any service here. Transparency and integrity are clearly lacking. Very unfortunate experience.

I had a problem with my car and just brought it in with no appointment and Matthew in the service department helped me out right away. He fit me in, was exceptionally polite and on point with timing etc. my first time there and instantly made me feel like a long time client - which I will now be

Amazing customer service… personally came to my rescue

Matthew was amazing as usual!

Matthew was amazing as usual! Great service and professionalism; Bob Smith could use more reps just like him. He always communicates well, is honest, and is not pushy. When our service light still came on after the car was serviced, Matthew personally came out and reset it himself.
