Honest and willing to help

I bought a car yesterday from June Rosas. I was looking for a used car and they have them at different dealerships which could be a hassle trying to find which one is where. June asked what we were looking for and drove us to each one to let us look at them. If I didn't think it was right for me we just got back in the warm car (it was chilly and sprinkling a bit outside) and went to the next place. I saw a car and was thinking about it but hadn't fully looked it over yet and June mentioned that the bumper had little damage, which I appreciated since I had noticed yet. When I saw the car I liked, she got the key and we test drove it immediately. Though we had to wait a while in the buying process since there were a lot of people buying cars that day (Saturday) we were checked on regularly and offered popcorn, water, and coffee. Everyone there made the car buying process easier. I went to so many used car places before this and was so stressed and tired of looking for a car. I'm glad I found it and that Leith was the place! I would definitely go there again. It's nice to be around friendly people who actually care about the customer.

Awesome Experience

I just purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue and it is awesome. Shannon was my sales representative and she too is awesome. Shannon was both professional and personable. Since I traveled from out of town and arrived late that evening Shannon volunteered to come in early that Saturday to finish the process. Shannon asked questions that helped me narrow my search and was equally as nice to my sister and brother in law who came along for the ride! Shannon found just what I was looking for and drove back home in a new car! Never at any time did I feel pressured and if and when I am car shopping again I will travel back to this dealership and ask for Shannon. Thanks! Helen Gabriel

Love my new Nissan!

Dealing with the salesperson, Shannon McDougall was the best part of the car shopping experience. No pressure to buy, just honest and reliable service. She helped make it a smooth process and made us feel comfortable with our decision to buy from this Nissan dealership.

Great Salesman Mitch Larsen

Probably the last thing I wanted to hear from my wife was ?it?s time to go looking for a car?. I get the same feeling when it is time for me to go to the dentist. For me car shopping has been a very unpleasant experience, not so with Mitch Larsen of Leith Nissan of Cary. I walked into the showroom of Leith Nissan and asked to speak with a salesman about leasing a car and was cheerfully told it would be just a moment. The receptionist paged Mitch Larson who met me at reception. I told him I was interested in a Nissan Rogue. He asked a few questions then showed me one of the cars on the showroom. Currently owning a Nissan Rogue, he showed all the new improvements and features. He asked if I wanted to test drive one and I declined saying my wife would be in later to test drive the car. After showing me the car and asking which of the features I thought were most important to me and my wife, he wrote up a quote. With the information in hand, I set up an appointment for the following Saturday as the car I was interested in was in transit. Saturday with my wife we met again with Mitch who went over the same features with my wife, took a test drive, reviewed the lease information and asked for the order. Without delay we agreed and started the signing process. This was undoubtedly the most pleasant car buying experience in my life for the following reasons: 1. I was treated with respect. 2. The team that assisted Mitch Larsen, all professional, but friendly. 3. Mitch?s knowledge of his product enabled us to work with him exclusively. 4. Mitch Larson is a professional. I have already recommended Mitch Larson to a potential buyer, because of his ability and professionalism.

Awesome Experience...LOVE our car!

We traded our 2014 Rogue for a 2015 Murano and we LOVE IT! Derek Parker was our sales rep, handled us from arrival to departure. He was awesome in finding the car that we wanted which turned out to be our dream car! Derek took our lists of "must haves" and brought us all of that PLUS! The Murano Platinum is awesome! Never at any time did we feel pressured. This was not the closest dealership to us but we did not mind at all coming to Leith Nissan. Thank you Derek Parker and Leigh Nissan!

Great Experiece. Love our Murano!!

Fair and Quick

This is our 2nd time around and we decided to upgrade both of our vehicles. I upgraded from a Sentra to an Ultima, my wife upgraded from a Pathfinder SL to a Platinum. Shannon and team knew our concerns and worked out what we feel is a fair deal. We took only a small hit to our monthly payment, so we drove off quite happy. I also had a small window to sign our finance documents and sent a text to Mary that I was in a hurry. She was prepared for me when i came in and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Awesome work!

Great experience

Our experience was great!!! Our salesman Josh was great throughout the whole process. The hardest part was picking what we wanted. Great selection and no pressure sales. Once we decided what we wanted everything else went quick. It was nice speaking with Bonnie and everyone was friendly. We love our Murano!!!
