Service center got me in immediately and has been great to work with on my recalls on my 1500 Rebel. There was a long list of things to take care of and they ordered the parts, still waiting for the parts but the service folks were great

Great customer service! I bought my new car 1 month ago, and purchased the oil change and other add ons with the dealer in anchorage , and they did not send in my paperwork yet. But the Wasilla customer service rep, got it set up and was very helpful.

The sales lady Jeanie was great. The finance department seemed chaotic and disorganized this time. This was my fourth purchase from Lithia and had to visit dealership three times to finalize the deal. Otherwise a good truck for a fair price.
