There's a problem almost every time I come here.

There's a problem almost every time I come here. I've tried to buy vehicles here, all they want to do is offer well below "fair" value on trade ins. They have ridiculous markups on new and used vehicles. For warranty service, appointments are months out, then when you get there, they won't offer a loaner car like virtually every other dealership I've dealt with. They've even tried to deny my Mopar coupons before. This dealership is disgraceful. I literally drive over 100 miles to Kendall Ram in Soldotna to avoid these people and every time I don't, I'm reminded why.

Edit: The service manager, saw my review before leaving the dealership and asked to talk to me about it. He took a minute to explain why they don't currently have loaners for warranty repairs, and it has to do with Stellantis not wanting to pay a reasonable amount to the dealers. Jim also expressed his desire to fix issues with the dealership, so customers are happy with their experiences. Jim seems genuine, hopefully he is successful.

New edit: I finally got my truck fixed as of May 9, 2025 only because I had to agree to pay to expedite the repair parts or wait an additional 5-6 weeks. That is insane and ridiculous. Lithia or more specifically Jim Marsh told me that Stellantis/Mopar would not pay to expedite my warranty parts and the alternative with the way they ship would take 5-6 weeks. I agreed to pay the expediting and fight it later. I called Mopar and they were extremely receptive and told me they expedite parts all the time and do not charge the dealers. They then sent me an email so I could submit for reimbursement for the shipping and the pro-rated monthly payment for my truck while it was in the shop. A good customer-service focused company would be helping their warranty customers navigate this without extra cost, instead of blaming the mothership. I was told today when I picked my truck up (after waiting 30 minutes because Jim Marsh ignored me while standing right in front of him and went to do other things.) that "of course they would blame us" and "I've been doing this for 20 years and they never pay that" yet they are.... The arrogance of service advisors is astounding. I used to work at Lithia Dodge of South Anchorage and it was no different. It is either the company that does not manage the expectations that its employees need to have good customer service-oriented attitudes or perhaps the job of a service advisor is just attractive to xxxxxx bags who don't have any desire to have repeat customers. Either way I had hope that this issue would get better at Wasilla Ram, but that's all reverted right back to zero. Jim Marsh decided to take a "woe is me" approach when I was irate at the situation saying things like "I try my best and you can't please everyone" and "I jump through hoops to try to take care of customers" I'm not sure what hoops he's pretending to jump through, but me having to pay to get my warranty repair taken care of in a reasonable amount of time (all over $30) at a dealership that doesn't offer warranty loaners because he didn't even try to get the $30 taken care of, is not what anyone would call "jumping through hoops" Perhaps Lithia should reevaluate how it wants to be as a company. I doubt I would have this issue at Kendall CJDR in Soldotna, which is why I bought my truck there in the first place and not Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla.

Third time in a row that I brought my Jeep in for

Third time in a row that I brought my Jeep in for scheduled warranty work and the appointment is lost, service adviser that worked on it is gone (no longer with the company) and there's no information if the parts needed were even ordered available when I drop it off. One week later and no one has returned my phone calls to even tell me what the timeline is or if they even have the parts. All of this while I'm paying for a rental car. Btw, my January 3rd 2025 appointment was their first available when they couldn't finish the work the last time they had the car in September 2024. Also btw- one of the jobs they need to do is to replace the oil pan that they ruined by over tightening the drain plug changing the oil at the dealership over six months ago now. Is this OK with Stellantis? How are they allowed to sell cars they can't service?

Jayson and Cody made the entire process so easy. Jayson is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Cody is a whiz with financing! He got a great interest rate for me and explained everything so I could make an informed decision on extra coverages. This is my first time buying a JEEP and it was just delightful.
