Told the dealer repair shop I had a whining noise in the rear differential of my 3500 dually. They took it for a test drive and next thing I know they are replacing the real differential, no charge. Outstanding service from service manager to service tech.

My overall experience was excellent. I went in for an oil change and they were able to perform it right away. A team member came out and told me I was due for a tire rotation, informed me of the cost and I asked them to perform the needed task. After leaving the dealership, and almost to work, my dash display informed me of low rear tire pressure. Apparently, they forgot to change the tire pressure when the rotation was performed. I contacted them regarding it and they said to bring it back and they would correct it, which they did.
