Service was excellent.

Good service. Fast an a nice waiting area. I Like that no salesmen hassle you while you wait for service, which has been issues when I was getting my previous vehicles serviced in anchorage.

Great experience!

Lies, and more lies, and more broken parts

I would like to start by saying that 1 star is too many. I took my wife's 2011 Dodge Charger in to have the drivers side headlight diagnosed. They called me a few hours later and told me a ridiculous price of $2,500 plus to replace the light housing. They then called my wife and told her how it would be irresponsible and dangerous to allow her to drive off the lot. Unfortunately she agreed to have the work done. They told her for $40 extra they could have the part overnighted. $40 gets you expedited shipping 1-3 days not overnight as promised. Next they charged her $1005 for the headlight housing and didn't install the housing and didn't tell us about it. A day later while shopping still fuming about the price of a headlight I found a box in the trunk with a new headlight housing. When I called I was told the mechanic took a clip off the new housing and put it on the old housing. We were told they would make it right. They offered to put the new light in and de fog the other light and do a deluxe detail that included an engine cleaning. We dropped off the car and my wife got a call saying her car was ready they said they would send a courtesy van to pick her up from work. After she sat at work for an hour she called me and I drove from my VA appointment to pick her up. When we got the car back there were two employees taking right in front of us about how neither of them knew how to de fog a headlight on our vehicle. Also the car wasn't detailed at all. I will never go to any lithos dealership ever. I feel my $1005 for a xxxx headlight should be refunded for my week of headaches.

Oil change

Showed up for their no reservation service at 7:15 only vehicle there. Forgot about us. 3 hours when your first in line. Absolutely terrible.

Best Dealership in Alaska!

I am so thankful for those guys! I cannot express enough how awesome they're to work with and how caring theyre. I live in Anchorage and I will drive out to Wasilla just to make sure my jeep gets taken care of. From purchasing to service, I have not been let down. Customer Service is 10/10. Happy to found the perfect dealership!

What can I say? From the beginning to the end, a smooth operation with no errors or conflicts. They even will take you home and pick you up when they are done working on your vehicles.

I needed to get my Winter tires on my RAM before the storm hit. I called them up and they said to bring it on in and I did. No sweat, no hassles.
