Typical con artist used car salesman. Clears the check engine lights before you test drive the car just for all of them to surface as soon as you are on your drive home. Stay away from this place at all costs.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Our 75 year old mother bought a 2015 Ford SUV a 2 weeks ago and after noticing a problem with the heat, brought it back to have it checked. After letting it sit for a WEEK they tell her today that it needs a NEW ENGINE and they aren't covering a thing. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I didn’t wind up buying from them, but they were willing to let me test drive multiple vehicles if I had wanted to. I was in a bit of a hurry that day, but a solid experience all around.

These people are liars and con artists. they sold my daughter a car that issues right away, we brought it back so they would have a chance to make it right. They did a temporary fix that lasted about 4 days and told us to bring it back and they would give her back half of her deposit then never responded or paid back the money. Then they admitted to selling her a bad car on the phone. His exact words were"It's a couple thousand dollar car, you're not going to get a good one for that price"

Jim was very helpful throughout the entire sales process and I absolutely love the used vehicle I purchased. They definitely went above and beyond by working with me on financing and being flexible with the down payment while I was waiting on insurance to pay out on my totaled vehicle.

Jim was extremely helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely reccomend his service to others. He was also friendly and seemed interested in helping me.

place is horrible. after purchase, had brakes fixed and now have to go somewhere that know how to actually fix things!

You will not find a better place to buy a used car. I didn't have the best of credit but Brad and Mike made sure I got the financing that I needed (and could afford) to drive away in a new car that I absolutely LOVE! I shopped around and couldn't find a better deal than the one I received. They took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase even after the sale was complete something you won't find in most used car dealerships. Thanks again guys!

I was very pleased with Jem Sales.....Brad was the sales person and finance guy I worked with and got me an awesome car for a low payment. I had no credit and little money down. I was referred to them and I was super satisfied. Thanks guys....I would recommend them

Liked my experience here........they worked with me and made it easy and simple. Other dealers would not give me the time of day or even work with me in the area.
