Braman BMW Jupiter

An overall pleasant experience. Was very impressed by service rep and process.

Beautiful new Jupiter facility. Good technicians and service agents. Sales people are not very knowledgable of the product line- just typical sales people. Otherwise, great place to buy or lease a bmw.

Friendly and negotiations back and forth were quick. Either good or bad, I do not like waiting 30 minis for a response. Good experience.

Steve Lee sales rep was Outstanding. I was able to test drive and review all the new features On the BMW 750i.

Only my first oil change service onm a new 528 xi. The palce was busy busy but I was made to feel right at home and the communication with me and Joe my service advisor was exemplary. Everthing flowed smoothly, and I was informed half wayt through my short wait about the progress too. Nice touch. Also, the coffee machine is amazing...just need to have a little cream or milk in the fridge for those of us with classy taste in coffee as well as the cars we drive :-)

Joe is a terrific service adviser! As always they take care of the customers, although the loaners could use an upgrade!

Katia does a great job. Give her a raise! The new facilities are really nice!

Most cur buying experiences can be pretty frustrating, but I had a pleasant experience working with Steve at the Jupiter Braman BMW dealership. He has a nice personality and was patient while I considered all options and shopped around. He is not pushy. He answered my questions and was pleasant to work with throughout the process from the car shopping to the actual purchase. Joe in the service department is also a no-nonsense guy and is great to work with for service and maintenance issues.
