Great Dealership!

Workers here were very nice and helped me pick out a car pretty darn fast. The paperwork was done fast and I got to drive the car out of the lot within 2 hours of arriving there.

Genuine Team with Great Prices

The team at the Lehi location was great to work with. Super genuine and were super fast. Their prices were the best in the area and they had a lot of options when it came to SUVs. I worked with Jarred and Dylan and both were super helpful and very friendly.

Tremendous group to work with!

Micah, Dillon, Noah (Lehi group) and Carson (Orem group) have been awesome to work with. We tested a LOT of cars, and they were very patient, and not pushy at all, until, with their help, we found just what we wanted. Once we did, there were a couple things that still needed to be done (2nd key made, new windshield wipers, rock chip repair) and they were good to follow up until all was taken care of. We are loving our new car and really appreciate the experience we had through Action Auto.

Overall Good Experience

I went here to checkout a car that I saw on KSL and it happened to be the exact car I wanted. I was able to test drive it and buy it within two days. Everyone I worked with was great and very helpful. Kevin was super nice and wasn’t pushy at all. The finance guy kind of just started having me sign papers before I even realized that I had decided which loan I was going with but he was patient with me when I had a bunch of questions and seemed to be pretty honest. Just be aware that the dealer fees were much higher then I thought they were going to be and they automatically charge you for an anti-theft system they put in every car on their lot without the option to opt out of it. They also don’t fill up the gas on the car before handing over the keys so it was close to empty driving it off the lot. However, they did get the car washed right before picking it up and the car seems to be in great condition. They also worked through the whole buying and loan process well with me especially being a first time buyer. Overall it was a good experience and I got an amazing car that seemed to be a great deal!

Reasonable and honest dealership

like he was on the customer’s side, which we always appreciate. Mike was the finance guy we talked to and negotiated with. He was friendly and personable even while he was very honest and firm when it came to watching out for his end of the deal as well as the benefit of the company (which we felt was very reasonable of him, it just meant we had to advocate for ourselves, of course.) We also appreciated the time he took to work with us to arrive at a deal we were comfortable with. In the end, as part of the deal, he agreed to have someone look at rubbing out a minor dent on the car and was willing to fill up the tank with gas, which left us feeling pretty well taken care of. As with all dealerships, it’s obviously important to come well prepared and knowledgeable about price, fees and add-ons you may or may not want to have, because you’re the one looking out for yourself and negotiating the deal you want! But it’s always helpful and an enjoyable experience when the company is fair and honest in working with you.

Awesome!

Andrew helped us get into the car we came in looking for and it was a great experience! No pressure, very casual. The financial part was also great and very easy. I would definitely recommend Action Auto!
