Nunca en mi vida los recomendaría. La peor estafa más grande es el CPI. Y el departamento de servicio pésimo. Primero me dicen que 45 diarios reembolsables de renta de vehículo que van a crédito y el día de la entrega me dicen que un máximo de 500 dólares. So tuve que gastar mas de 3000 en deducible más renta de vehículo mas mensualidad de carro sin tenerlo por un mes. Porque ni eso te paran. Y al final el cliente les vale un comino después que le compran un carro. Son un asco total

If I can give a negative stars I would. I paid a partial deposit to hold a vehicle. I decided to not move forward with the purchase and they will need refund my partial deposit. I did not sign any paperwork or contract. Every time I call, they say a manager will reach out to me. It’s almost 2 months later and no manager call. This place is a joke. Stay away. The next step is to come into the office.

Purchased a 2019 Frontier in June.
Purchased a 2019 Frontier in June. As soon as I left the lot the check engine light came on and the traction control activated on every turn. Apparently this truck missed the so called detailed "Inspection" they claim todo before offering vehicles for sale. Long story short truck was in shop for 2 weeks when I got it back, the traction issue was fixed but none of the steering wheel control buttons worked, Airbag light was flashing and the check engine light was still on despite them telling me they fixed everything. They blatantly lied and said they fixed the check engine light (Catalyst system) the first time when all they did was reset the light. Dropped the truck off again they had it for over a week, Was told it was ready, Drove over a hour yet again to pick it up and the airbag light is still on. Was told they would send someone to my home to recalibrate it. They now ignore text messages when I ask when he is coming. Customer service is horrible. I honestly think that the only reason they fixed most of the issues is because I hounded them so much and left a bad review that I said I would update after they finished. So now my airbag light is still flashing, My gear shift knob was not installed correctly, the wires for the passenger airbag sensor are spliced together, TPMS light is still on because the sensor is bad (Auto Market installed the tires) Due to the incompetence the service department and the techs have shown while they had it for the first two weeks, I'm not even sure if I should trust any of the repairs. I have nothing good to say for Auto Market of Florida. I recommend everyone looking to purchase a vehicle to run as fast as you can away from this place. They did reimburse me for a payment i made but I had to fight for that to get done. Every issue I have should have been taken care of before the truck was offered for sale. I suffered the effects of their negligence being out of a vehicle for all that time and dealing with the issues it still has.

STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Worst scam artists. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will sell you a crappy car and when you try to get them to fix something they will just hang up on you. I filed a complaint with the BBB because they are con artists. Stay away go anywhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I bought my car on December 27, on this day I was promised they would fix 3 things in my car but it would have to be before Jan 27 I have this written by them in a paper. two days before the check engine sing lights up. I called them they give me an appointment to serve my car fix the things I was promised and also check the problem my car was having I explain to them the back on the seat passanger felt the guy who took my car said they will take care of it. I received a call stating the repair will take two more days I said ok. it did not take two days after a few days of me calling them and asking them about my car they told me to pick up my car on Jan 18 keep in mind I left my car on the 6 and they said only two days. For my surprise when I got there they did not touch my car they did not do ANYTHING, The check engine light was on, the back of the seat on the floor, and 3 things they were supposed to fix were not they did not touch my car when I call them they made me send them pictures as I was lying they apologize and request to bring the car back, I did they told me this time the will fix it. When I went back to get my car they only fix one of the things I was promised. the back of the seat again on the floor, check engine lights on, and the other two things the same.This time I took the car with me since the repair was already close. I want the next day and request to speak with Antonio the repair supervisor he told me we will take car of and the car will be ready by Wednesday today. Wednesday January the 26 I called them and my car is not ready yet. I have been missing days of work, paying Uber rides, I have been asking people favors while paying a car, paying a car that I'm not using worst experience EVER

Unhappy Customer
Customer Service is friendly, location is convenient. Office and bathrooms newly renovated. Cars are not acceptable. This dealership is eager to sell cars but the quality of the vehicles are not good. You will take a car home feeling accomplished after going through a very lengthy process of approval. Once you take your vehicle you will very quickly find out the vehicles have mechanical issue that will ruin your happiness. The phone system is horrible to connect with a representative and once you do if you do, service will not do what they say they will do. Leaving you for weeks without a car. And your stuck waiting for your car to be fixed and in a really bad situation while your payments are still being charged for the vehicle. Think twice when your shopping for a vehicle buy here and pay here dealership. We have had a very bad experience.

No a/c and roaches less then 2 weeks
Staff is very friendly but I guess that is a way they compensate for the poor condition of the cars. I bought a car less then a month ago and within 3 weeks my a/c stopped working, the tire sensor on my car is going off and I’m having to add air every couple days to my front tires, the remote key they gave me does not work even after paying to replace the battery like the car salesman recommended and there are roaches that are coming out of the backseat a/c vents. (I’ve killed 3 small ones today alone 10/23/21) Having to pull over because I have a 6 month old in the back seat and need to deal with roaches on her car seat is not cool. I was told that I will be helped and to bring in the car next week. I will update my comment next week on the status of my issues.

Worst company ever
This is a buy here pay here company you have to make your payment every two weeks and because of this my wife had our car payment paid ahead till July 9 of 2021 on June 7, 2021 on the auto market a Florida Shut down her car with no reason at all she was paid ahead they had no right to touch her car because they touched her car and shut it down she missed her appointment with Universal Studios for her fingerprint appointment because she missed her appointment she lost her job this company should have to pay for this they also said account manager would reach out to us immediately which they never did Which was told by us by Maurice This company will shut down your car even if you’re one day late on your payment and look what they did to us they shut down our car when we were a month paid ahead
