Read reviews that mention:
I had just purchased a Corolla from these folks and I was shocked of how easy they are to work with. I had thrown the idea of eventually racking up the... car to give it a look over and they suggested it why not now. In my past experiences I had to jump threw hoops just to inspect cars at other previous car lots. I purchased the car and so far after 4 months of driving it, no complaints.
Tactics/Summary: -Lies/Deceives: Said car had a clean title with only a minor accident. It actually had a ‘total loss’ reported -Bad Customer Service:... Didn’t forward carfax report after promising to do so several times. Muffles voice during phone conversation when discussing negative information. Slow to Respond We spoke to Mo (owner?) several times about a Honda Crosstour that he assured us had a clean title and only a “minor” accident reported (air bags didn’t deploy). We asked him several times to forward us a copy of the carfax. He said he would but kept forgetting. He knew that the day we were going to drive 2hrs to see and purchase the vehicle, we were also going bank to get a check to pay for the car in full. That morning, we waited an hour to hear back from him before going to the bank. When we let him know that we weren’t getting the money until he emailed the report, he again ignored the text message. We then gave him a call and that’s when he revealed that the car history “strangely” now showed that it had a total loss incident reported by the insurance company. We didn’t make the drive to Wisconsin but lost a day of wages because of the deceit (we took the day off). Do yourself a favor and read the other negative reviews and you’ll notice a consistent pattern of deceit, misinformation and poor customer service. This dealership can’t be trusted! Don’t waste your time and money.
Originally was not expecting to purchase from here, but I was pleasantly surprised of how much they go out their way here. They answered every question... and concern I had, they were able to discount enough to stay with in my budget, this was by far the easiest car purchase I've had.
These guys are by far the most legitimate car dealership I've met and dealt with since I started car shopping. Mo who I worked with was knowledgeable about... the car I was shopping for and was upfront with everything start to finish. There was no waiting around no gimmicks.
Check a free vin checker against every car they offer. They are hush hush about it but literally every car with a price that seems “too good to be true”... is because it has a salvage title. If you’re paying cash and you don’t care about this that’s fine. But if you have financing you won’t be able to use it on these cars so don’t waste your time. Legally they’re within their right to only show the salvage status on the window sticker on that tiny check box. So you as a buyer must protect yourself. I won’t be buying cars from such a shady dealer myself.
Purchased my Cadillac from hear, it was the best priced one and one of the cleanest examples I've seen in the city. Highly recommend them.
The sales was fast and easy (too easy) the car has a Salvage/ Rebuilt title. That was not made clear. Mo was quick to show the damaged area and understate... the amount of work done to the vehicle. Fred insisted everything is "Fine" "Good Truck" he says. A tiny box was marked rebuilt yes/ no was checked yes on the Wisconsin State paperwork which was conveniently folded up and removed from the window for the test drive marking rebuilt. The very first day after the purchase we bought an auto check report showing the vehicle was Salvage /Rebuilt. We tried to return it immediately, even for a 5% restocking fee. 7 days later they won't budge! these people claim to be a good family business, THEY ARE NOT. Read all the bad reviews they are accurate. This outfit is unreasonable, unprofessional and should NEVER be trusted. Do not buy a car from here! especially with a cashiers check! Just keep going to a reputable trustworthy dealership! NEVER BUY ANTHING FROM FRED,MO, or this dealership. Mo& Fred we gave you plenty of time to make this right.
Hello "Referee Dad", We apologize for your dismay, but we were very clear on the condition and status of the vehicle to the buying party before coming... up from out from out of state to view/test drive the vehicle. There was an offer of returning the vehicle, but the party or "representative" of the party of who we were speaking with did not agree to restocking terms. A big factor that we focus on for our customers is maintaining quality vehicles at affordable pricing at the same time making it a swift and pleasant buying process. Thank you Fine Auto Sales
Bought an Infiniti recently from their lot. They were nice enough to let me drive the car across town to my usual car service repair shop for inspection... before I made my final decision on the purchase. Pretty easy to negotiate business with without the sales pressure with larger car dealerships. So far I'm pleased with my purchase as well.
I bought a Honda Element from Fred one year ago. I looked a long long time for a good one with low miles and found one at fine automotive. Very happy with... my purchase and will be going back in the future :) Nice job Fred happy New Year !
Easy dealing and no nonsense. They were straight forward from beginning to end, and I appreciate that the most.
