Jeff was very easy to work with. Have been looking for a while to find the right Silverado and Meredith Motors had it. Answered all my questions about towing and took care of all the paper work. No pressure good little dealership I will recommend.

Dave and Jeff are rare guys who in the car business. I'm fortunate I found these guys online. I have lived in NC for about ten years and my Mom and my sister still live in upstate NY. My parents are divorced, so my Mom and Sister depend on me when it comes to car questions, problem solving and purchasing. I have had the pleasure now working with Dave and Jeff twice. First time was a few years ago when my sister needed a car. She doesn't have a lot of money, so she needed a reasonably priced car that she could depend on for a long time without having any issues. I found a Honda online and thought it sounded perfect for her. So she got a ride to Meredith Motors from Binghamton. The deal was worth the trip, she is still driving the car today, and she recently had a baby. She feels so safe in that car still that there is no need to upgrade yet. Most recently my Mom needed a car, so without hesitation I called up Dave and Jeff and said please take care of my 70 year old Mother for me. I trust these guys with my Mom, I don't think you can say that about many car dealers. These guys are really changing the perception of the "Used Car Dealer." My Mom even baked them some cookies. They were so patient with her, let her drive about 6 different cars before picking a beautiful Honda Civic. I would recommend Dave and Jeff to anyone, these guys are great. Had I written this review the day I bought the car It would have been five stars. The dealer was straight forward. He said the car was in good condition, showed us the blue book value and said that they priced it just under. Seemed fair. It was a pleasant haggle free purchase. However, a week later we took it for the first drive of any distance and heard a little squeak coming from the driver's side front wheel. Thought it was no big deal probably need new brake pads or the like, it was a used car after all. Took it to our long time trusted family mechanic and found out that a whole section of the suspension was shot and that it would take thousands to fix. He also assured me that it would have been immediately apparent to any mechanic before they ever took a wrench to it. This increased the price of the car by a full 1/3, turning our $7000 car in good condition into a $9400 car in good condition. We also noticed on picking up the car that there were a good 50 air freshening tabs under the seats. Clearly someone had smoked in the car and he had just aired it out before we did the test drive. Long story short buyer be ware with these guys.

These guys are the opposite of every bad image you might have of used car dealers. Dave is passionate about cars and it shows. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them and I highly recommend that you look to them for your used car needs.

I was very impressed with the service they provided and financing was so easy . In the past we have had bad experiences Meredith motors changed if we ever need another vechile we will be going back without hesitation also any friends or family that is in the market for a good used car we will be sending them as well thank you again for excellent service

Bought an 05 CRV from Dave and Jeff in the Ballston Spa location. They were very easy to work with and answered all my questions - nothing shady like the other couple of car lots I had been too. I've already sent my co worker in to see them for a pick up. Overall, I enjoyed working with them.

Jeff was also very flexible with my work hours and agreed to meet me after normal business hours. The truck was exactly what I was looking for.
