Bought an 07 Maxima a few months ago, haven't had any complaints. Mark was very personable and knows what he is talking about. He will not sell you a lemon. He made sure the car was in top shape before I drove it off the lot. Piotr in the garage is also a great guy and hard worker. No problems at all when I brought the car to the garage for an oil change last week. Overall entire staff seems like hard-workers and I would recommend Bristol Auto Center for anybody looking for a good used car.

I have found a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Quad Cab with a 5.7 L Hemi at Bristol Auto Center. I found this dealer when i googled the car i was looking for. A toyota avalon. This dealer had a 2006 in pristine condition. I knew right away that i wanted it. I went in test drove it and right away began the process. Mark was an absolute delight. I told him what i could afford and thats exactly what he was able to get me. Not a penny over. My credit wasnt great but he worked his tail off to find a bank that was willing to work with me. He made my car buying experience stress free and im so thankful for that seeing as this was the first time i was purchasing from a dealer. I highly recommend this establishment. I will definitely be going back to re finance!

These guys are amazing!!!! Hardworking honest people with excellent quality used vehicles priced right!!! They don't put junk on the lot. It's been quite some time since I shopped for a used vehicle and I was a little nervous about ending up with "someone's problem". I searched dealerships everywhere for the perfect used truck and I found it here. This was the last stop I made but will definitely be the first one, if I ever find myself in the market for a used vehicle again. I love my truck and I love the fair price I paid for it.

rude, hispanic accented male, supposedly a salesperson and owner answered phone. He did not identify himself or the business for which he worked, and then criticized me for not identifying myself. My interactions with this co. ended there. Where's pride in one's job and "ownership"????

Found this repair shop on the internet. We are traveling through the area and needed to have a electrical problem repaired. This shop did an excellent job and had the car back to us promptly the next morning after leaving it late afternoon the previous day. Bristol is lucky to have this repair shop!!

This was the best car sale experience I have ever had. I went to a dozen used dealers before finding Bristol Auto Center and this was my last stop and will be my first in the future. These guys are a top notch repair shop and very honest, friendly and genuinely interested in helping you buy the car that you're gonna love. The big difference between them and other dealers is that you are not going to leave the lot with a car that has a surprise for you. I bought a car for my daughter and it was very assuring to know that shes on the road in a good car and I do not have to worry about her safety. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I bought a car from this guys and I was amazed by their customer service. This is a small dealer shop and it is owned by family members. They were helpful and not pushy.
