Made an appt to buy a specific car. Showed up 1 hr later and the car was miraculously not available. They tried to bait and switch us a more expensive car. Would barely budge on price, surprised us with many hidden fees and were shockingly rude. Igor / Egor should be fired for his unprofessional manner. Samantha the sales rep was kind and we would have worked with her but the rest of the service was so bad. We arrived planning to purchase and left without a car. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

This place is top notch. They followed through on everything they promised. Prices are extremely competitive. The sales transaction was quick and easy. Nice guys here. I appreciate their honesty and service.

I went purchase a vehicle ; I signed paperwork for financing, I was told to wait. I couldn't wait. There were a lot people present. I was called by sales that he would call me to follow up in reference to next step.I was never called, no one followed up. I felt your word is your bond, but not at Axis . A good sales person would always follow thru. I discovered on my own that the vehicle I was there to purchase was sold to someone else that same day, so why didn't the sales men tell me that and give me an option of another vehicle ; instead my time was wasted coming there. Losing one customer from poor customer service is like losing 10 more New customers, so apparently there business is booming because they didn't need my sale. When your word is nothing your business will reflex that! Thank you for a lot of promises and no efforts. Where are the hard wor!ing salesmen at today, no one likes to do hard work anymore!
