I would recommend this dealership to anyone.There is an employee name Ricardo that works at the two notch store,great guy,very knowledgable and people... friendly.He will tell you what you need to know.He deserve a raise!
Friday contact thru BBC dept, great experience, transferred to sales person, Renee. Originally I wanted a specialized truck they had on the lot, only to... find that truck could only be financed with Nissan, so I settled. In settling, I agreed to another, signed the contract but didn’t take deliver because I rejected the thought of getting another without trading current. Saturday, advised Sales person early morning, Renee, I couldn’t agree without trading, she asked if I could wait till after 12 noon, to see if that was possible, I did. Now from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, the host of lies, deception and frankly untruths occurred. In writing that the deal was done, repeatedly stated, then ask for proof of bank deposits; the deal was done, then asking for not bank deposits, but now full bank statements, the deal was done, but now I needed to wait till bank reviewed my bank statement. She lied for more then four hours, it was unnecessary when the truth was easier, that’s not salesmanship, it’s lying, ultimately I was the same place I was on Friday before the lies started, the lies are in text msg”We have it worked out with proof of income could you please send it to me””He worked it out I'm sorry”. I’ve brought 20 or so cars over the years from Dick Smith, when John M was alive, seemingly those days are gone, replaced with lies, deception and misrepresentation presented as salesmanship, you can’t clean up a lie with I’m sorry

My 2016 transmission went out to no fault of mine, still under warranty and was given a hard time to get a loaner or rental called manager and left messages... twice still waiting for a call back ����. I felt i had to continually call to get updates on my car. I didn’t feel valued at all.

Never had a disappointment or extended delay when bringing my car in for service. Fast and friendly customer service has always been consistent.
The waiting area is good at this location but don't get a true sense of taking care of the customer from all personnel.
