Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership. Salesman was very sneaky and so was the finance guy. The license plates took forever to get and couldn't get anyone to return my call. Will never go back. EVER

Craig (mechanic) and Seigen (advisor) are AMAZING!

Craig (mechanic) and Seigen (advisor) are AMAZING!!! Craig ALWAYS takes care of our car and does MAGIC, he diagnosed the problem with the car just by looking at a video of the steering wheel I showed him. Seigen is such a wonderful gentleman, he always keeps us updated. Never feel pressure from this dealership. CRAIG AND SAIGEN ARE TRULTY A KEEPER!!!

Aside that Honda Patterson was far from Oklahoma, I found out that the problem of your customers can’t be resolved without doing follow-ups and your response takes time. Even immediate solutions were not relayed. In that case different car dealers nearby will be the best recommendation to my friends and to myself for the next vehicle purchase!

Ricardo my sales associate was very helpful. I was going to purchase the vehicle that I was leasing and he was able to get me a great new lease deal on a 2023 Honda HRV. I'm very happy with the car and everyone that works at Patterson Honda are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this dealership to everyone I talk too.

I got the lift gate on my pilot after having it almost a year, and when I went to get it it took 4 guys to try and figure out how to work it. I don't understand how you going to work and sale these cars and you can't demonstrate how it is supposed to work. Reminds me of when I bought the brand new pilot 8 months earlier and 6 guys couldn't figure out how to make it open. Come to find out was not even installed in the pilot!

I am so very impressed with the QUALITY of service.

I am so very impressed with the QUALITY of service. I am always greeted promptly. If I have made an appointment the service advisor knows why I am there. That indicates they have actually read the schedule and know why I am there. My car is always return without any dirty foot or hand prints. And I have never had to return it because something hadn't been done. I drive Honda because they are a quality product and Patterson Honda services it in that same manner. Thank You
