Great customer service!

Stellar customer service at this dealership. I have taken my f-type here a couple of times and they are a well oiled machine in the maintenance, parts and service department. Derek continues to be a great help, who I have found to be professional, attentive with solid follow up to make sure everything is done right. Two thumbs up!!

Excellent Service

The experience I received from your sales person, Anderson Colon was Amazing! I found myself in need of a vehicle asap and do not like spending hours in a dealership. I was assisted 100% remote/virtual and I could not be happier! Between the sales person, the finance department, and the internet response: it was all incredibly awesome! Very happy & thankful!

I enjoy everything about this dealership. I?m treated well from the moment I walk in the door. Sometimes I wait for my car because it?s comfortable to do that other times they provide transportation back to my home. When I buy another car it will be from Jaguar South Orlando.

I'll always use Jaguar Orlando for maintenance

I have had my car serviced at this dealership since 2015. The facilities are top notch, clean and professional. The one time I decided to try and save a little money by taking my car to an independent mechanic shop instead of Jaguar, I ended up losing money and losing time. The mechanic did not use OEM parts and the workmanship was poor. As a result, my car ran badly! The mechanic could not fix the problems he made. But thanks to my service advisor, Eddie, and the Jaguar service team, they corrected this mechanic's mistakes, and my car is now running good again. Lessoned learned. I will always use Jaguar Orlando for the maintenance of my car 2015Jaguar XF 92,000 miles, original owner

Jaguar Check

Extremely slow service. Service representative did not provide updates on service. Took almost 2 hours and I had to find the service rep. Facility is very nice.

Allie was fantastic

Allie was a fantastic saleswoman who went out of her way to ensure I felt that my business mattered . She stayed in contact via my preferred method which was texting in a day where phone calls are preferred. She was prompt with emails and very good at haggling for the deal I wanted.
