No one ever calls or emails no communication it’s a bad experience how can you ever buy a car

I would give negative stars if I was able to. Bought a car from there and nit even had it a week and the car totally died and can not drive it. They sell fradulent cars and take your money from you. This place steels money from people and sells cars absolutely illegal and not safe to drive on the road at all. This place should be shut down and everyone needs to get the money back for what they bought. They are professional thiefs

five stars. Had a very nice experience here. John is very nice and helpful. I test drove and bought a volvo. The car has been excellent, I would recommend anyone to buy from here like i did.

Bought a 2011 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 Coupe the beginning of May and when we signed the contract it was noted that they acknowledged the touchscreen was broken and they would purchase the replacement part and fix it. On 5/29 received call the part was in and to bring the car down so they could fix it. An hour after they called and started they replaced it but it is still having the same issue and there us nothing else they can do about it so they tried and that was final. I asked about them giving back money for us to now go fix it and they said no that we already got the best deal for it and there was nothing else to do. When you say you will fix something and then you don't just saying oh I tried is not giving great customer service that is telling me they got their money and screw you we are not doing anything to fix it. Will not recommend this to any family or friends!!! Great car but xxxxty customer service .

Iv never felt so screwed over in my life, evil people letting people drive off in cars that brake down 5 miles down the road then laugh at you when you confront them about it.

They are compete CROOKS!! they sold a incompetent handicap person a broke down car with a broken transmission and put another person on the title because this other person asked to be on there. He has no relation whatsoever with the person that bought the car therefore he should not be on the title or anything in the State of Florida you have three business days to get a refund on what you bought and they refuse to talk to me that kept hanging up on me and they kept saying there was nothing they could do about the car. I'm getting the law involved. They wouldn't even tell me who the owner of the dealership was or give me any of their information

They sold us a car with a broken transmission (CVT), didn't disclaimed ANY issue (of course) on the car before we bought it ! After 4 days of driving the car (not even 70 mi) : we got our first engine light on ! The transmission was half broken (4 codes) at this time but was an emergency to change it. We came back exactly one week after buying the car : they just screw us, John didn't wanted to ear about the issue and to take it back, he just told us "it is what it is" after telling us that "you bought it everything was perfect and 7 days later you show up with a transmission problem", literally telling us it was our fault and put us out ! If you have any thoughts of buying a car from them you better be a pro and check everything cause even with a friend whose a mechanic the issues were really well hidden. It's been 3 months that our car is at the garage repair now and they're doing anything possible to save the car and our money (transmission was half dead, the driver axle was broken, there was a power steering fluid leak and motor mounts and the battery to change, basically the car is almost brand new now and not sure it's gonna work) ! Thank you John for all of this crap !

wanted all the money up front before I could even test drive the car. Doesnt take trades and zero financing.
