It your fault when buy NEW damaged car from them.

I would not at all recommend Greenway at all. I bought my 2023 malibu new off the Lot in January. About 1 week later i noticed the carpet comming out from under the driver side door and then before i could get to the dealership a couple days later I noticed the corner of the bumper was poped out a little under the head light so when i carried to the dealer ship they fixed it and the carpet and 2 days later, the same thing, bumper and carpet. The 2nd time i took it they rented me a car for 3 days to work on my car, the fix lasted maybe a week, carpet and bumper both again the same. The 3rd time they started saying they believed I may have hit a curve, I insisted to them I did not and once again I leave with problem not solved just fixed long enough to get me out of there. Finally the 4th time back it had been bought out by long Lewis and the ordered carpet for car and made sure it was fixed correctly, like greenway should have done and as fare as the bumper long Lewis's body shop guy looked at the bumper and confirmed it was not my fault so then I had to Waite on chevrolet to approve the labor cost to fix the bumper and the day before I was to take the car in, (for the 6th time) I hit a deer, so now greenway chevrolet is completely off the hook for there negligence. This has been nothing but a drawn out mess and has put me through so much trouble having to take car there, get someone to pick me up and take me back everytime I had to take the car there. When a person buys a new car you don't expect to have it at the dealership being worked on 6 times in the 7 months you have.

Got an email from Josh (GM) asking how he could earn my

Got an email from Josh (GM) asking how he could earn my business after I did a carfax inquiry. Got Vince all the information he asked for and waited....and waited. Finally emailed Josh back and he called me....told me we were $12k apart on where I need to be. That tells me they are stealing (or trying to) trade-ins. Sure hate it b/c the RAM I was looking at was a sharp truck. Maybe some day they will figure out what it takes to sell a truck to someone who has bought one before......we don't do xx from management very well.

Do not waste your time!

Do not waste your time! 6 long hours later we went home with a car that we specifically went to get! And they literally add all kinds of crap there that desperate! They made us feel like we had no choice we just wanted to buy the car we drove several hours to get! The absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve bought several new and used!!! No one should go through what we did! Also this is the nastiest new car dealership that I have ever stepped foot in! I repeat do not waste your time like we did just look elsewhere it will be worth it!!

She did not notice that it didnt have power windows. However to her surprise the salesman informed her they had one with power windows for $2000 more. This was out of her price range. But then he tells her there's a $2000 rebate through GM. He says" this will bring the one with power windows down to the same price as the other!" She was pre-approved for a loan @ 9.5 % , but in order to do the rebate she had to finance through GM@ 12% The sales manager also told her about the rebate and how it would bring this vehicle into her range. Her salesman also told me over the phone that this rebate would make the new option the same price as the one with no power windows. We decided to purchase!! However when the final numbers were texted to me there were three additional items totaling over $2,000 that no one had told me about previously and quite frankly she did not need or want. Nitrogen, Luxecare and tinted windows.( The cars windows were not tinted) When her father called to ask to have those removed he was told absolutely not. They would only sell the car with the added items. Why on earth tell me repeatedly it would be in her price range then add $2300 worth of BS? She drove 4 hours for this and her time was wasted. I think it was shady. Her salesman was very nice however he's just the middleman. Quite honestly an extremely disappointing experience. Her 1st time buying a new car on her own. Oh then we get 2 emails asking how they can do better to win her business??? Seriously?? You had a sale!! YOU BLEW IT FOR HER AND THE SALESMAN OVER SOME SHADY TACTICS

Bought 2020 ram is 19,000 miles on it.

Bought 2020 ram is 19,000 miles on it. Within one week the rear parking centers went out the radio and now it leaks oil. Apparently it’s been hit in the back which was not disclosed to me. I’ll be contacting an attorney do not buy from this dealership

Worst dealership

Well let’s see. Bought a truck one week ago a 2020 model with 20,000 miles on it. Rear centers went out, radio went out and now it’s leaking oil. Salesman was great but can’t get the managers or anybody to call me back

I was grateful for finding a new Tahoe in the service bay

I was grateful for finding a new Tahoe in the service bay a week or so ago while buying a new transmission for my 2014 Silverado. Surprised to find it wasn't "spoken for" yet so after looking at it with the help of salesman Zachary Sparks, we worked a couple of days to close the deal. I am a second time owner of a Tahoe and I fully expect the same good reliability. I liked the experience at Greenway since there was no pressure on me by the sales team at Greenway. Nate (sorry, can't remember his last name) introduced himself to me as the dealership manager; seemed to be a nice guy! Worked with Josh (sorry, can't remember his last name) on the final figures and I'm appreciative of his willingness to work with me; nice guy! Don (sorry, can't remember his last name) the finance guru worked out the financing part of the deal and was pretty painless; nice guy! Last but not least, my salesman Zach; very personable young man and he has the right personality for his position. Very people oriented and he knew everything about my vehicle and explained it all. I left a garage door opener in my trade in and when I went to pick it up, he brought me a cell phone and charger cable too that I had left in the vehicle. Integrity & honesty; very encouraging!!!
