I have been looking for a few months for a newer car for my wife. We had a grand caravan for a few years now. Wanted to upgrade into a bigger SUV. Found one at price pro that we liked. Filled out the information part and got a call right away. Sage was not only great, but he was very professional and freindly. He made us feel welcome and made buying this car very easy. scheduled a appointment to test drive a car at 10am. I get there at 9:58am and they have no clue who i am or what i am there for. The salesman that was assigned to me was not even there. THE CAR WAS NOT EVEN THERE !!! it was at a "extra lot" and i had to wait 30mins for them to bring it to me. Seems like a potential good system that is not being used correctly.

I am very pleased with my "new" truck! I looked around quite a bit and couldn't find anything comparable that I liked. I got an awesome 2016 F-150 with decent miles at a great price! With Price Pro's "no haggle" pricing the buying process was stress free and Z was very professional from start to finish. I set up my test drives online and Z texted me back. I felt comfortable communicating this way. They have a completely different process than any dealership I have been at before and I would recommend them to anyone!

They post cool cars to rope you in... call first.. go ahead.. theyll tell you they have it and will make you schedule a test drive.. when you show up for the test drive the car will magically be "just sold" because they "do not hold cars for anyone"... these guys are greasy...

Great experience with John at Price Pro. He was helpful, personable, and didn't do any of the typical salesman-type pressure tactics (which is VERY much appreciated). And the car was a great price too! We love our new car!

They do what they say they do. Offer large selection of quality cars, let you look at and drive them on your own, no pressure tactics. Once you make a decision, the paperwork process was very smooth. Nick was very patient and professional walking me through the process. They even allowed me to exchange my first selection within 72 hours because I changed my mind and went with another vehicle I had been looking at. The prices are fairly quoted with no hidden fees, although there is a $250 documentation fee. It was worth driving up from Columbus to this dealership.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I did alot of research on what car I wanted. I went in to just do a test drive and ended up leaving with the car in about an hour. No haggling, no pressure just straight to business. It was definitely a stress free experience.
