Stay far far away from this dealership.

Stay far far away from this dealership. The owner and the managers are SO greedy and only care about the money and it is very apparent. Horrible communication and poor service jobs. This company purposely mistreated my car and then refused to pay for the damage. The advisor John then decided to text me instead of calling me over this issue. They do not take matters seriously at all. I would never trust this place with my car ever again. Trust me when I say, take your money and your business somewhere else!

I will no longer be giving my business to Don Jacobs

I will no longer be giving my business to Don Jacobs Honda. I was a loyal customer for 4 years, until one service I had done caused issues under the fault of their mechanics and Don Jacobs has refused to take accountability and fix it. Instead, they want me to pay $540 for labor to repair a mistake that they made. They also informed me of this via text and email, rather than calling me on the phone and speaking to me personally. Very disappointing and very cowardly. John Isele, I hope you see this and remember that your lack of accountability has lost you a customer forever. And I will continue to let others know how dirty you all treat your long-standing customers. I will not be giving Don Jacobs a penny of my business anymore. My advice is not to trust these dealerships with ANY of your maintenance services. You are better off finding a small personally owned business, because these large corporations seem to think that they never do any wrong and put all of the cost on the consumer. I also want to add, I had a family member work for Don Jacobs as a salesman for years and quit after DJ decided to stop paying commission for selling cars. It doesn't take much to see that DJ is all about gaining profit, no matter how badly they screw over their customers and employees!

My Wife and I have have had an excellent relationship

My Wife and I have have had an excellent relationship with Don Jacobs Honda since 2004. We have had only one Dealer during the last 10+ years...Mike Dobson, who has been nothing short of excellent the whole time. He is always aware of our needs when purchasing vehicles, and exhibits great attnetion to detail throughout the whole buying process. We are just very appreciative of Mike and the entire Don Jacobs Honda team.

Car price was good.

Car price was good. Excessive add ons and fees. Did not like the repetitive high pressure warranty sales pitch. Especially when I cant even read it. You did not inspire trust and I would be scared to use your service department.

They were very helpful in getting me out of the Honda

They were very helpful in getting me out of the Honda Accord which was a Problem Car always something going wrong with it was in the Shop with issues they helped Me to get Another Honda Accord and I’m happy to get rid of the Accord it seemed to always have problems and I’m happy that it is Gone and I have a new Accord thank HUNTER WELLS he was an awesome Guy who helped me out with my new Honda Accord.. He’s an Awesome young man and A Asset to your Dealership 💯

They were very helpful in getting me out of the Honda Accord which was a Problem Car always something going wrong with it was in the Shop with issues they helped Me to get Another Honda Accord and I’m happy to get rid of the Accord it seemed to always have problems and I’m happy that it is Gone and I have a new Accord thank HUNTER WELLS he was an awesome Guy who helped me out with my new Honda Accord.. This was my first experience with Don Jacob's and I must

This was my first experience with Don Jacob's and I must say that it blew me away !! As of this moment, I'm a customer for LIFE! I just wished that I'd been one sooner. They make you feel like family. Totally AWESOME 👏
