When I arrived at dealership for a scheduled oil change, I was greeted at the door. The service manager took my information and keys. The oil change was done in a timely manner.
Not a good experience
Started out pretty good but went down hill the further we got. It was like a shell game. I did not get the internet advertised price. Then the finance guy tried to stick me with about $6,000 worth of add on crap that I did not know about nor was I asked about. It was after dark when I took delivery and I was worn out from driving 12 hours that day. Once o got home I realized I didn?t have floor mats, my hitch insert was missing and the tray from my center console was missing. I had to return to the dealer to get my running boards installed so I swung by to get my missing accessories they said they had ordered. Upon arrival they had the mats but the other two items were not there. I told them to mail them as I was not coming back. My family buys two cars every two to three years and they will certainly not get my future business. Worst car buying experience I?ve had in many years.

I was very pleased how from the time I brought my vehicle in for repair without an appointment the service adviser was able to still get my vehicle in out and fixed in the same afternoon.
