Dream car come true!

Dream car come true! Great experience with all the staff. I had relaxed and friendly test drive with the sales manager and then the owner came out and answered all my questions about the car. The mechanic even opened the engine to assure me that the timing belt was new. It was a quick and easy sales process. Overall, I was impressed by the clean and positive atmosphere of the dealership and I would definitely go back there for the next dream car.

Great experience! September 2023

I was hesitant to buy from this dealer because of some of their previous low ratings, but understandably know that most satisfied customers don't always leave good reviews. I found a great deal from this dealership on CarGurus, and after researching some more, made an offer. Zak was great, and shipped my car for free! My car came in, in the exact condition it was advertised and has been great. Zak communicated via text / call the entire process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and have shared their contact with friends for the future.

Good to their word

My experience with John with Auto Boutique Chicago was excellent. The car was beautiful and in some ways BETTER than pictured on their webpage. The interactions were simple and professional as was the purchasing transaction. The item that I may have been most impressed with was actually an "after-sale" problem I had with the car's audio system. I contacted John about this issue and he and Zac quickly offered to send me a check to help offset the price of the repair needed! Thank you John and Zac for putting your money where your mouth is and I would recommend seeing Auto Boutique for your luxury used car purchase!

Good to their word

Pre Sale the proper/acceptable words to facilitate a sale

Pre Sale the proper/acceptable words to facilitate a sale which, for me was really unnecessary in that "the car" I purchased had made it's own sale. However, after papers signed and money transferred there was a striking reverse of verbal attitude when I discovered there was NO owners manual in the car. I will NOt elaborate here except to say I was told I was on my own to obtain said item .... given this attitude I am DISAPPOINTED. Actually, I have niece who is looking and had thoughts of referring her.to dealership. Needless to say, I now will NOT!!

Stay as far as you can please from this dealership,owner Zach madigan he is number one SCAME,imagine he pocket 16.000.00$. Cash then didn't care about the crap car he sold us . Reading reviews all different,yelp ,Google,their website everyone been same as I am. STAYYY FARRRR WISH I DID

Buyer beware!!!!

Terrible!!! Do not buy here!!! Had PPI done on supposedly excellent car-PPI revealed $14k of work (deferred maintenance). Zak had a terrible attitude about it.

A+ definitely would recommend

Great vehicle A+ service. Couldn’t be happier with how I was treated by Zak. The vehicle looked amazing in the pictures and I was a bit skeptical but it looked just as good in person.

Avoid this place

Very unprofessional. Came in very interested in a car. Zak, the general manager, ran my credit and everything. I set up a pick up date and time 2 days later. I asked if I should put a deposit down to hold the car and he told me just to come and pick it up. He asked for my pay stubs and I sent those the same day. He then said he was gonna call me back to work out all the details and I never heard back from him. I kept on calling the office and he kept on avoiding me after he had ran my credit and everything. AVOID THIS PLACE!

pleasure to deal with

I don't want to go on as big a rant as on the other review websites, but I will say the low rating they are getting on this website is a joke. The employees at auto boutique chicago are reputable and a pleasure to deal with! I purchased a 08 mazda 3 from them and the entire process was delightful, they were not pushy one bit and were there for the customer. I had a couple of minor issues with my vehicle upon leaving and they could of told me too bad so sad it's your issue now but they made it right and even went above and beyond in the process! I would highly recommend shopping with them! the thing people seem to forget when purchasing an used car is that it is just that, it is used they are unable to predict any small thing that may go wrong but the way they handled my small inconveniences has made me want to go share with everyone just how appreciative I am in how they run their business.

Horrible Customer Service/Sales Representatives

I submitted all of my financial paperwork and was approved for purchase on a vehicle. I was informed there was another off, but mine was submitted first and would be worked as such. My sales representative Ryan informed me I would receive a call back regarding putting a deposit down to hold the vehicle. After six attempted phone calls, and 18 hours later, I was informed by another sales representative that he was selling the car to someone from New Hampshire who was flying in after my scheduled appointment. I was informed my offer would not be considered before his despite mine being submitted first, the other offer did not have to put down a deposit, and that with sales representatives both working a sale this is just something that happens. Unless you are on the lot, don't bother inquiring about a vehicle with this dealer.
