Tasca Buick GMC Woonsocket

This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Dale and Tasca. I have had a great experience from start to finish. The finance guy, Kevin, I believe is his name…forgive me if I am wrong explained everything in detail and never lost patience. I had a lot of questions. They were extremely kind. I will buy my next vehicle from Dale and Tasca too.

Michael was great to deal with initially as I was considering a truck for the first time. When I returned, Joe helped with the details. The two of them were knowledgeable, clearly a good team and made the process seamless!

HORRIBLE experience. Dropped car off Thursday for Friday morning service appointment. Got a call Saturday to approve repairs and they said that it would be ready Monday. Didn’t hear anything so returned rental and called Monday before I was about to go pick it up and they said the repairs they had me approve were for a different car and that mine hadn’t been looked at yet. Had to wait two more days and spend another couple hundred on another rental when I had just returned it. Embarrassing lack of communication and terrible customer service. STAY AWAY.

Michael was beyond helpful through this whole process. He’s professional and personable. He kept me updated often about my cars arrival. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience buying a new car!
