I was sold a car that started having mechanical issues
I was sold a car that started having mechanical issues within 50 miles driven from the dealership and was not able to return this vehicle. They are attempting to fix the issue but we will see if they fix it to my satisfaction. Although overall I am very upset with this purchase and am experiencing a lot of regret and will not recommend russ darrow to people I know nor will I return for future purchases.

I thought it went really well, we weren't necessarily
I thought it went really well, we weren't necessarily prepared to buy a vehicle, but fell in love with one on the lot. They were very patient with us as this was our first car purchase, even when the banks closed on Friday at 5, I was able to come back the next day and finish up paperwork/down payment

Primarily use dealer for oil change and light service
Primarily use dealer for oil change and light service requests. Usually able to come in for an oil change on Saturday without an appt and be done in an hour or less.

Went in the other day for a specific car, sticker
Went in the other day for a specific car, sticker physically in the window of the car while we were there and online was $24,664. Told the salesman that we were interested and would discuss it on the way back home. Started working a deal right away as soon as I got home less than 2 hours later by texting the salesman and the price magically jumped to $26,411. Absolute scam dealer. All the salesman kept saying was that market prices change, that their car was the best, and asked how we could move forward with the sale. The car had an accident on carfax, a windshield that needed replacing, and a scuffed up rear bumper. Mind you, this thing is ONE year old. Long story short, found the same vehicle (Year, Make, Model and Trim) just 100 miles away from them and went the next day and purchased it. Clean Carfax, 11,000 LESS miles, no problems to the body, and a perfect windshield. OH, and the 2nd dealer gave me the discount I requested, AND gave me top dollar for my trade too. Russ Darrow wouldn't even give me $100 off the price......Shop elsewhere folks. This place is the equivalent to a slumlord for those of you who rent. Watch the episode of Seinfeld called "The Dealership," as this is what you can expect at this place.

Hey Nate, As Austin has mentioned several times, the market is the ultimate force behind pricing—supply, demand, and all that good stuff. We understand it might feel like the price changed just because you were eyeing it, but that's not the case. Everything is fully automated and driven by market conditions, not individual actions. We're glad to hear you found a car you liked! In hindsight, though, it might’ve been a good idea to act fast while you were already at the dealership. As they say, "The early bird catches the worm!" All the kid kept telling me was that the Market changes frequently and there was nothing that could be done and basically that I should still move ahead with the purchase. Are you kidding me? Fast forward to the next day....Found the same exact car, Make model and year, had 11k miles LESS than this one, no accident on the Carfax like this one has, no scuffed up back bumper, no massive chip in the windshield like this one, AND got it for MUCH less than they were asking. Take your deceitful business practices and get lost, you give car dealers a nasty name! I bought the other one on the SPOT.

These fluctuations can cause prices to go up or down, and the system operates independently of any individual activity—it does not track who is viewing a particular vehicle. The recent adjustment you noticed was entirely automated and a reflection of current market conditions. There was absolutely no intention of misleading or causing frustration.
