The issue was diagnosed in a timely manner and repaired in an acceptable period of time. We we’re on a road trip, I had just changed the oil week in half ago in my Jeep grand Cherokee, I change the oil in my 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee, after traveling a couple hours noticed I had no oil pressure checked oil found dipstick with dry put oil in it to get us to the next exit, call AAA to have it he Jeep towed to Faulkner Chrysler Jeep found the oil filter had failed all in all everything going went well at the dealership thank you.Faulkner .
