Bait & Switch and all the Trimmings Having been buying

Bait & Switch and all the Trimmings Having been buying Jeeps for the past forty-six years, and currently the owner of three...The Faulkner Experience was the most humiliating, degrading and frustrating I have encountered. The issues were more than just Bait & Switch...it was a total lack of Trust and Confidence with the people with whom I came in contact. None of which were found to be friendly or truthful. Faulkner needs to "Clean House" and eliminate the unethical and possibly illegal practices of the Sales Department.

The entire staff was very professional. They were very polite, and they were proactive in their communications. Very helpful. Jalen Johnson was outstanding! Superb communication and helpful. The entire staff was great!

My service advisor Jalen Johnson was very helpful and kept me informed while parts were being ordered. The repairs were completed and my van now works well again.

This was my first visit to this dealership.

This was my first visit to this dealership. It was for warranty recall service. It took longer than I thought it should and was told. But things happen. My hope is that this ws the exception and not the rule.

Making an appointment was easy and the representative was courteous and easy to understand. My service adviser Jeff was efficient and respectful and even offered to pick me up! I love Faulkner CDJRF!
