I have the best service rep. Claire. She answers all my questions and does so without being condescending which I have found with others. She goes the extra mile in cuatomer service. The service done on outback was just has I was told. No surprises.

Although service is expensive Im glad to have my 2021 Outback XT Onyx serviced by certified Subaru technicians. Staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Friendly and efficient. Did not offer much for a tradein. Nice car, but the agent didn't offer much in the way of orientation. He did transfer my SiriusXM radio which was very helpful

All my Service experiences have been great!! Got updates while I waited and my Forester was completed right when promised! Even though Bud Clary may not quite be the closest for us, it's a far nicer experience!

My experience at Bud Clary was wonderful. I was a bit nervous because it’s been years since I’ve purchased a car but the knowledgeable and friendly staff made me feel at ease. I left with the vehicle of my dreams! I will recommend Bud Clary to all of my family and friends.

Robert was fantastic! We had a few major problems and were dead set on not using Bud Clary for another car purchase. After talking with Robert and seeing what great customer service he provided us we will definitely be back to see him if still around when we need another car. We purchased a 2026 Subaru Crosstreck Hybrid to replace our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek that we loved. Here's to 1 more friend and a beautiful new start in our new Subie! Thank you Robert!!!
