Bud Clary is as well established as any car dealership in the area. The facility is nice, the cars are accessible, and the sales staff is knowledgeable.... I dealt with Ron, whom I had met a couple of years ago when my son purchased a car there. Ron was very friendly and accommodating. The car was clean and fairly well detailed (used car) and all information and history was available. There were questions to which I got satisfactory answers. I was only disappointed when a day after my offer was accepted I was told there was some "miscommunication" and they needed more money. I explained that I understood it was their car and they can sell it for whatever they like but I was set on what I wanted to pay and if that meant not selling the car to me, then that was okay. The deal then became doable with minimal adjustment on my part. Overall, a good experience and a good purchase.

I can't recommend our internet sales agent, Penny, more highly. She provided excellent communication and customer service throughout. However, our experience... with finance and the pushiness for the extended warranty was over-the-top unacceptable -- to the point that I almost walked out to buy at another area dealership.

Everything I expected to happen positively happened. It happens when you choose a car dealership like Bud Clary. Easy going small town feel, no hassles... from the beginning to leaving with my new Wrx. I will recommend Bud Clary and talk about Ron in sales, hes an awesome guy and very knowledgeable and yes with a fist bump to the finance manager as well. All good people. With confidence in the car buying process coming from being a nay sayer, and that it can be a great experience at Bud Clary if and when your ready to purchase. Stew

My 2017 Crosstrek needed an alignment. I was told that it would be at least two hours, so I made arrangements to be picked up, etc. I had eye surgery four... weeks ago, so am not driving yet. When I dropped the car off and explained why we needed three people to drop off and pick up the car, and one driver was on a tight timeline, the service person said she'd see what she could do - rather than having us picking up the next day. She called me back in about 45 minutes to say the car was done! Color me impressed. I feel they truly went the extra mile, and we appreciate it.

I purchased a new Subaru from this dealer in 2002. It has been my favorite car! The buying process was a bit overwhelming with two people trying to convince... me to purchase right away. But with help from a friend, I compared choices online and test drove cars at several different dealers. I ended up buying here because they ended up offering me the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. I also was a little swayed by the fact that this dealer is close to where I live. Except for new tires, I've had all of my service here at this dealer. Until the last couple of years that was just routine oil changes. The service staff have always been very polite, friendly, and willing to answer questions. Scheduling is easy online or by phone. They provide shuttle to home/work if one needs it and a clean, comfortable place to wait for those times when I've just waited while work was done. Recently a friend of mine bought a Subaru from this dealer and said that it was a very good experience. Sales person was very helpful without being pushy.
