Great!

Zac and Dave were awesome! Not only did I get to leave with the vehicle I've been wanting for a long time but they were so incredibly helpful! My car died very unexpectedly they helped me through the weekend so I wasn't forced into a decision! The only down side to my purchase was the long wait once decisions had been made.

Great Service

Overall the experience is Great when purchasing a vehicle, but I do not like the one low price dealing, as a buyer we like to feel like we are getting the best for our monies and I don't feel I get that when there is no haggling over the price of the vehicle, it is, here the price, take it or leave it. I did like though that they made other options available. And I always go back because when the car is being serviced/repaired they ALWAYS will come to you first to give you the information to what is wrong with the car and a rough estimate on what how long it will take and how much $$$$. Thanks Columbus Motors :-)

My Car buying experience.

I found the "car " of my dreams on the internet at the Norfolk store. After fixing all that needed to fix, Teeno had them bring the car to the Columbus facility.The help with my salesman, Steve, and all the other staff kept me in the loop and with my trade in. I felt I was given a very fair trade in and I now own the "car" of my dreams. Thank you Columbus Motors and I WILL recommend everyone I know who is looking for a car about your fair and wonderful team. Thank you.

Great customer service and ultimate communication

Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this specific store I would highly recommend working with Stacy. She was very responsive to any and all questions. I did however purchase a vehicle from their sister store that she found for me. Stacy knew I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership itself nor did I want to spend a lot of time hassling with post purchase up sell products. The entire process was smooth and exactly the way I wanted it to go.
