Bought a Used 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque

Started off as a really pleasant experience as the salesman offered to help me that same day and let me know that I could take the car home. On my way to Dublin from Los Gatos, Ca I get a call from the salesman and he lets me know that the car hasn't been smogged and that I will not be able to take the car home until Monday. At this point I was in Fremont, Ca so I was certainly not happy about this but agreed to go to the dealership anyway to see the car. Upon arriving, the salesman let me know that they were currently smogging the car and that I would be able to take the car home that day. I was very pleased to here this and appreciated them doing that. Although it was my understanding that every car needs to be smogged before being put up for sale?!? The salesman went and got the car and upon returning let me know that due to some new rule about the smogging process, that I would not be able to take the car until Monday. That didn't make any sense. Anyways, I really wanted the car so I went through all the paperwork and he let me know that they would deliver my car to me on Monday. The salesman never offered any kind of special deals or offers in order to make up for me not being able to take the car the same day. That's my fault for not asking, but would've helped with the customer service experience if they had offered something. To their word, they did deliver the car on Monday. However, the car had not been washed and it barely had a little over a 1/4 tank of gas. Definitely not the best customer service I've ever experienced. I would not purchase form this dealership again.

Class Act!

Very satisfied customer

This dealership is comprised of a very accommodating, professional staff. Ali handled my transaction and performed services far beyond the average salesman duties. Linda handled the paper work which was very complicated due to my being a 100% disabled vet and entitled to special plates This is the first dealership I have encountered who knew how to process the asinine, paper work required by the DMV,[ dept. of mutual vilification ].
