Great sales service by Carlos Morales. I highly recommend him as your next salesperson. He will do everything to make sure you are getting the deal that’s right for you. It was a busy day but he stayed with us throughout the sale.

Car was listed for MSRP but they charge $10,000 over

Car was listed for MSRP but they charge $10,000 over that, saying $4000 is for listening and fees. The rest is for "accessories" which you cannot opt out of

NEVER GO THERE

Worst experience ever. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN THREE MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY NEW PLATES, WHICH I PAID UP FRONT. THEY KEEP SENDING ME TO CALL VERONICA ARIZAGA, WHO IS THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THAT, WHO BY THE WAY IS AT THE GMC DEALERSHIP. I got ahold of her and 1 month after NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. They say that they will call me back and up until today Sept. 5, 2020 I AM STILL WAITING. My Plates are DUE Sept. 8, 2020. This is my first time buying a used car at this place, and it will be the last one. They have really bad service. I will definitely not recommend this place.

Nice facilities

Respect. Informative. Patience. Talked to several sales reps. Sales lady very kind and helpful. If she didn't know answer to question, she got answer quickly.

Great service

The service tech that handled my issue was on point and was very quick to provide any information on my vehicle. My wait time was way less then expected and overall my experience was great.

Great Service

The service. Gabriel is friendly and professional. He communicates everything that's going on and goes the extra mile for you. My parents have a Honda. He takes care of them the same way. Definitely an asset to your company.
