I had an appointment with Michelle to look at a car. I drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived, she was not available. Julian was then summoned to assist me and was very nice. To our dismay the car was parked way in the back, under a row of trees of their overcrowded lot. The outside of the car was very dirty and needed a wash! The wiper fluid was empty, so i couldn't even clean the windshield! After a test drive and inspection of the car, which had 3 different brands of tires on it, a loose fender panel and road rash on all 4 wheels, i should've left, but it's a rare car so I wanted to see if they would negotiate on the overpriced car. I was then informed they wouldn't negotiate and was also informed there was a $495 document fee, a $995 destination charge! They also frowned on not needing their financing! Worst experience ever at a car dealership! Stay away! They will try to squeeze every dollar out of you in unethical ways! Stay away!
