Samuel and the team at this dealership were amazing to work with when I bought my Ford Mustang. They made sure the car was in great condition and helped me get approved for financing quickly and easily.

Terrible experience. I had two visits to this dealership about the same vehicle. The first time, I was promised pictures and never received them. Upon arrival for the second time, the salesman told me that someone put a deposit on the car and apologized for forgetting to send me the pictures. Since the deal wasn’t finalized, the salesman once again made a promise to call me asap if the deal fell through. Needless to say, I waited several days and called again to inquire about this vehicle and was told that the vehicle was available. This time I wanted to be sure while making it very clear that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and requested confirmation from the manager that this vehicle was still available before I would go back to the dealership. I was asked to wait for a call back and several minutes later received a call from the manager stating that this vehicle had just been sold earlier this morning although it had been available for some time since the first person that had placed a deposit and was unable to secure a loan had to release the vehicle for sale that same morning. This dealership needs to do a better job at improving customer service and communication amongst dealership employees. It’s unfortunate for them that I was left as an unhappy customer and therefore the reason for this negative review.
