Bad Service Avoid The Service Department
First of all I don’t like to give bad reviews but Rio Motors should take action VERY Bad Customer Service in the Service Department the guy named CANO is very rude and thinks hes above everyone make alot of excuses and mecanics are so unprofessional they drive like crazy when inspecting the vehicle and dont diagnose the problem.Took my car for a problem and sounds worst than when I took it for service in matter of time.Another thing My wife owns a gmc arcadia and it keeps getting noise they wont fix saying warranty blah blah blah ,wont buy from GM anymore.The assistants don't know anything they should hire people with great attitude to work , they are just lazy people getting paid for free. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL when he AND them speak .THEY SHOULD FIRE ALL THE TEAM IN SERVICE AND GET NEW ONES.

Exceptional Customer Service No Pressure Sales
We always dread the car buying process because of high pressure sales people trying to sell you things that you know you cannot afford. This was not the case with Rio Motors. I don't have the space to tell you all about our good experience, but know that they are thorough. I will definitely purchase my next car from them again.

Bad service department
Service Department sucks they are super slow!! They had my car for days and no service advisor ever contacted me to let me know what and how long it would be there if it wasn?t they I called. Horrible
