In the last seven (or it may be nine) years, my husband and I have purchased three vehicles from Daniel Nelson at Nelson Toyota in Stanleytown, VA. We make the close to 45 minute drive from Danville, Va to buy our vehicles and have these vehicles serviced. Believe me, it is well worth the time! You are treated with dignity and respect. And these terrific people will work with you with regard to financing. They provide state of the art service to all of their customers and their vehicles. We especially like to trade with Daniel Nelson. He is such a good and kind young man He would never try to put you in a vehicle you didn't love or could not afford. I give them 5 STARS and a double thumbs up for their hard work and devotion in providing excellent quality merchandise and service to ALL who are looking for a fine vehicle to drive. My family had purchased a 2021 Toyota forerunner. Less than a year later my children and I were involved in a terrible accident. Because of the safety features and strong build of the Toyota, my children were able to walk away scratch free. The airbags and seatbelt did exactly what they were supposed to do. They saved my life. When we received the news that the 4Runner had been totaled, I knew I would put my family in no other vehicle but a Toyota. We went back to Nelson and in a short time we were driving away in a 2017 Highlander. Nelson Toyota has not only helped us once but twice. The customer service, sales team, and the service department are fantastic to work with. My family will go nowhere else but Nelson.

I took my car in for repairs, the service department was very helpful. Technicians did an outstanding job on making the repairs and getting my vehicle back to me in a timely manner.

My Husband purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Daniel Nelson at the location in Fieldale VA. They didn't inspection the vehicle before we bought it in December even when it was due that month for an inspection so our free inspection went down the drain because a week later we ate to take it to be inspected. Daniel Nelson who runs the store new it and sold it anyway. Since we have bought it I've had to take it to the shop 3 times for something that's been wrong with it since we bought it but was made out to be like it just want heard. The mechanic that's been working on the car doesn't know what he's doing he swears he's never heard the noise and has been telling us other things are wrong but there really not. They wanted to charge us 700 to replace something's that's been broken since we bought it even had to take it to another local mechanic so he could tell us what was actually wrong so we could take it to Nelsons and tell them what was actually wrong and of course it's not covered. We haven't made th second payment and are already having this much trouble that last time we purchase anything from them. Be careful what your purchasing because they can forget to tell you the things that's wrong and you even up like we did.

They were very helpful in the beginning! Then the vehicle I was looking at was in another location in North Carolina. After about a week of talking about that the vehicle was then taken out of service not for sale because it wasn’t worthy of selling to a customer. That turned out to be somewhat disappointing ! But all in all they were what I would expect ! So Innoway I suppose I am disappointed with the fact that they did not have the truck I needed after advertising it but at least I didn’t have to drive all the way to North Carolina to find that out

We have bought many cars over the years, but went to Nelson Toyota based on a recommendation of a friend who had done business with Nelson Toyota in the past. Dealership and it's employees are super friendly, low-pressure and worked hard to make sure we got exactly the vehicle we were looking for at a very fair price. They were more concerned about getting us the right car for our family rather than just making a sale. It makes all the difference as a consumer! Financing was handled quickly and easily, the vehicle was in perfect condition and all our questions were answered quickly. Great overview of our new car as well and all the new features we have. While we had to drive a bit to get here, I would not go anywhere else. Most dealerships are high pressure and stressful. Nelson made it fun and exciting. And they have followed up to make sure the car has met our expectations and we are pleased with it. Thank you all for a great experience!
