This is the third time I have had services completed at this facility and this is the third time I have had issues with them. When my oil change was finished,... Joe handed me a pile of papers, told me to sign (he said nothing else), and I left. I went to get in line for a car wash, assuming my code was in the pile of papers from Joe, and it was not. I had to call the business while in line at the car wash for a code. Once I was in the car wash, I examined the pile papers Joe handed me. I saw that the papers stated that I have a power steering leak. This is the second time you have claimed that I have this issue. I left the facility and went to an auto body shop that stated for the second time that I do NOT have a power steering leak, but AGAIN dirty oil was dumped on the top of my engine. There was dirty oil dripping down my AC lines. Like before, I have called, left voicemails, and sent emails with zero response. I expect this time to be the same.

The entire staff at Gregg Young are very helpful. From beginning to end everyone went out of their way to help and make you feel important. Our salesman... took the time to hear my wants and needs and was able to deliver on all of them. I have dealt with the service center on two different occasions and both times have been handled efficiently. This dealership does not make you feel like you are just another sale. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

My overall experience was OK. The process in which we got to an agreement was a bit of a struggle. Low balled on my trade (which is expected) then waiting... until I get 10 minutes down the road to make me a decent offer is not acceptable! Not being able to purchase this vehicle for the advertised price was a little frustrating, due to GM incentives. I probably wouldn't use this dealership again only because I would try to stay more local!

Emailed asking the price of a vehicle and got a form reply, followed by another form reply asking how this dealership could "earn my business". To be fair,... they did answer my questions regarding the SUV, and so I decided to have a look at it. Drove nearly 3 hours to see it, only to find that it was not available. They then proceeded to try and upsell another series of vehicles to me, none of which I was interested in. After returning home, I got another email. I replied that since the vehicle I was interested in had been sold (I was told that it wasn't in "acceptable condition" for their lot and had been wholesaled), they could remove my contact information. Received more emails and texts after this. Honestly, this feels like a bait and switch thing. Left me with a bad taste, and I will not consider this dealership in the future.

I will never go back here, as well as my family who were contemplating buying their cars here. The FNI Cody wrote up the contract incorrectly so when my... car was totaled by the flood my GAP ins. didnt cover 1600 of the loan. Due to an ERROR on their end with the contract they filed. Johnny and their team are losing multiple customers due to their incompetence and lack of CS. I've bought 2 cars at this location and will never return again.
Sold truck that i had an appt to see. texted when in was almost there, was too late. Then tried to upsell me. No apology for wasting my time.
