They sold me a lemon!

They sold me a lemon! They lied to me on my warranty! I feel like I got robbed and I've had my vehicle for less than a year. now I've been trying to get a new vehicle again. DO NOT TRUST THE WARRANTY GUY! DO NOT TRUST THE INSPECTION! They messed up on my paperwork and asked me to comw back 3 times. Pathetic! They robbed me and Im stuck with no vehicle again.

The service cashier was super nice!

The service cashier was super nice! I especially love that the advisor - Tyler, called to let me know during my oil change they found my engine air filter was dirty and gave pricing if I wanted that changed as well. Also! The fact that they offer to give you pictures of everything the tech looked at is super reassuring and pretty cool in my book. Everyone was awesome.

I had a wonderful experience with them.

I had a wonderful experience with them. This was my first time and my impression was the great customer service and that I was greeted with a smile and hello. I also liked the waiting room with excellent favors of coffee or hot tea or chocolate favors cappuccino. I would definitely return again before I move to another state but will refer a friend if needed. Thank you all and keep being kind. Thanks Carolyn J.

My contact at GREGG YOUNG was w/CHRIS on April 1st I came in w/being hopeful but w/not to much expectation However, as my visit today continued, I began to believe that maybe a deal for a new vehicle was possible Fortunately for me we were able to get a deal done on a new vehicle. Needless to say, I am thrilled with my new purchase and very grateful to Chris and all his hard work. He made it very easy to work with him and for me to walk out a very happy person Thanks again to Chris
