Poor Customer Service
This car lot ran my credit said I was approved for a car. Then took me through these added steps never returned my call. After calling the shop multiple times they lie and say the sales man was off and the car was sold. Regardless off what it was terrible communication and customer service. Do not shop !!!!
Do not stand by their warranty
They give you the run around put a bandage on the problem then treat you like dirt. Will not return your call and make up their own reason for the vehicle acting up. Once they get your money your nobody to them.

2015 LT Tahoe
Well we just bought our 2015 chevy Tahoe from them 4 days ago after we put down like 21,000 and now I had it towed in today because of transmission problems. So I will see how they do on there warranty they have and make sure they fix me up. Sorta embarrassing that shes done broke down but I know stuff happens and I just hope they stand by there vehicles cause years before I had bought a few from Vann York Auto Mall and they done Great so hope they fix me up. I have seen alot of negative reviews but more good then bad so hope with fingers cross dont have to eat 25,000 . I will keep you updated

Don't waste your time!
Poor negotiating skills as well as poor people skills(Mark/finance). Tear down and low ball your trade in then expect you to pay 3K to 4K above asking price to finance, even with Great credit. These guys even give Used car salesmen a bad name!

Called about a 2500 gmc theyansweref all my questions .i called back a few minutes later and told them I was on my way to look at it and said he would put keys up so no one could drive it until I said I wanted it .it was just as advertised so I bought it.Matt Bass was great to work with
I bought a Toyota Tundra from 600 miles away without personally seeing the truck. Mitch and the rest of the guys were great to work with and went out of their way to make sure I had every opportunity to see or know anything about the truck. They even shot a FaceTime video walk thru of the truck to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks again Mitch for all you did for us. Great buying experience
Worked with Rick from day one to purchase a F150 he had on the lot. Rick was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles but more importantly he listened to what I wanted and allowed plenty of time with the vehicle so I could feel comfortable. Yes Rick's job is to sell cars but I didn't feel overly pressured but he did work with me to make the deal more attractive and alleviate any vehicle concerns. I'm very pleased with the transaction and the condition of the F150. Rick even gave me a follow up call a few days later. I appreciate the extra attention to customer service.
