We took our Work van w/ attached Truckmount Carpet Cleaning equipment on it in for repair because backup camera quit working & it was unsafe for our technicians to drive. Britney knew we needed it back quickly as we have a carpet cleaning business. Rather than getting it repaired she held it for 3 days while we lost over $1500 in jobs and refused to return my multiple calls. We got it back with no repairs done and the only explanation was that the guy who works on electrical has every Mon off, so we need to bring it back on a day when he is working. I guess she didn't know he has every Mon off when she told us it would be fixed on Mon. Total Waste of our time and GAS driving over there twice. DO NOT GO HERE For SERVICE. Britney has no respect for Loyal Chevy Customers who have purchased all our service vans from Chevrolet. And our personal vehicle as well.
