PNW Luxury Cars of Tacoma

We were extremely disappointed in the car we bought from PNW Luxury Cars. We bought a 2019 BMW 640 online from their business. Of course, no warranty was attached to it, so we bought our own extended warranty elsewhere. It's a good thing that we did because the car broke down in 3 months after purchasing it! First, when delivered, the running light was not working, it would have cost us $500 to fix. Secondly, the AC went out in the first month we owned it because of a leak the mechanic couldn't locate. Then we decided to go on a road trip out of state and 200 miles into it the car suddenly lost power and began running rough. The notification light came on, indicating that something was wrong with the drivetrain! We had to turn around and slowly limp our way back to Albuquerque where we turned it in to the BMW Service Station. They reported that the spark plugs were covered in oil, the PCV valve was shot, and oil leaks were spotted everywhere. Also it needed new axles, to the tune of $2500 a piece! I would highly suggest that you steer clear of PNW Luxurty Cars. Even the mechanics said it was a LEMON and we should get rid of it! I purchased a used BMW from PNW Luxury Cars. Amazing Experience all the way through, from initial online inquiry to the purchase. Brandon, James, and crew are fantastic, they are all accommodating and welcoming. Don't pay attention to any past reviews, this is a new regime that took over a rebranded store. Great work gentleman!

Don't ever go to this dealership. They never have cars they posted on the website. I saw a jeep on Carfax with one owner and no accident and asked whether it was still available. They said yes. So I went there for the test drive. But they said it was already sold and they have another jeep. So I test drove that jeep. It seemed okay. But later I found out there was a noise when I stepped on the brake and there was no AC. And the car had an accident. So I asked them to exchange this car with another car with the same price range that I saw on Carfax. But they said it is sold. But it is still on Carfax. So they lured people with nice cars on Carfax and sell them bad cars. I was so naive to trust them. I am a widow and I never had any experience of buying a car. So I was an easy victim. I even thought about suing them. People are so dishonest. Never ever trust any car dealership from now on. I would sell my car on craiglist and buy another from a person not from the dealer.

Put me in a car with no working headlights on the passenger side. Wiring was gone, then asked me to get it fixed and they would reimburse me. Going on three weeks waiting for my reimbursement of $415. I’m very disappointed in this dealership will never return.

Went in to buy a car. Was happy with the service from my sale rep. When I got the numbers from the office he was trying to sell a jeep for 26000 that was on there website for 18990. When I said no way to that. The manager came out ( victor) and began yelling at me of how my credit sucked and how I was stupid. Mind you this was in the middle of the main floor. I told him that not everyone in the dealership needed to know my credit score. Great manager you have there. This review got erased on Google

Kyle and James made it happen for me. I walked in there and they said we can get you financed 100%. I had no doubts. I have done business with them in the past and I was confident when I walked in there. I recommend everyone to go get a car from them immediately. Awesome customer service. Moses is a magician. I call them and asked about a 2012 ram truck 1500 5.7 engine. They told me it was clean and nothing was wrong with it. I had asked them over the phone if the truck had any lifter problems and they told me no that there were no problems with the engine. When I got to there place to drive the truck they had warmed the truck up.. They again assured me that the truck was clean and there were no problems. I look at the truck and I asked them if the truck had any lifter problems because I heard the 5.7 hemi has had problems with lifters in the past. They told me no that the truck had no problems. I had drove 1 1/2 hours to test drive the truck and when I arrived at the dealership. Again they assured me there were no problems with the engine lifters. I bought the truck and drove it home. The next day I went out to drive the truck and there was a ticking sound that I couldn't here when I test drove the truck because they had warmed up the engine before I got to the dealership. I sent a text to them( First National auto ) telling them about the ticking sound I heard when the engine was cold. They would not respond after several texted I placed a call to them and here is what they said and that is we offer the buyer to pay $1000 more to cover anything that comes up with the vehicle after it is sold. SO the reality is they pass off vehicles that they know has problems by doing what they had done to me and they offer you to pay $1000 more to cover the vehicle knowing most people dont bring an extra $1000 when buying a vehicle, so they sell there problem vehicles to someone and then they claim no responsibility and tell the buyer that they offered the buyer to pay and extra $1000 to cover the vehicle incase there are any problems after the sale. This is a scam. I would recommend that people dont buy any vehicles from this place with out first take the vehicle that you are thinking of buying to a mechanic because these guys are about the most dishonest people that I have ever dealt with. The only other thing you can do is pay the extra $1000 to cover the vehicle before you buy it from them because they claim no responsibility once you leave there place. It's a way them to get rid of there problem vehicles and not have to put money into the vehicle to fix the problems the vehicle may have. I would not ever buy anything from these guys again they are scam artists. Good luck if you do decide to buy from this place. Just so you know there were two broken exhaust bolts on the engine and there is a lifter problem that you dont here unless the engine is cold and as the engine warms up you dont here it because of the expansion of the heads sealing against the exhaust manifolds causing things to seal off, so you dont here the noise until the engine cools. AGAIN THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Went to look at a car.Had a trade in to offer.They basically told me it was cheap and they couldn’t offer me the value of the car,which is fine,I told them I had a better value for my trade in and would just go there.She immediately asked me to leave because she had an appointment,even though I had to wait for my ride and didn’t see anyone coming in for an appointment.just rude

the process went very smooth for my first time buying maria was a huge help and they were able to get into my new vehicle highly recommend this place.

Today 6/25/17 My wife & I purchased a car from these guys. To be honest I was a little concerned as I have always bought our vehicles from dealerships (Ford, Kia etc) But We are so glad We gave our business to these guys It was without a doubt the best car buying experience EVER!! Our salesman name is Roy, (I feel like a idiots because I kept calling him Ray & he was such a good sport about it) Anyway Roy wanted to put our intrest before anything.. I have many times been at dealerships feeling pressured & uneasy.. not here the handful of workers here were great to do business with, even the guy Branden who did the finalizing paperwork was great to do business with.. I will not hesitate to do business there again & would highly recomend anybody wanting stress free car buying experience this is the place to go.. Thank you again first national..
