The dealership was great in immediately contacting me but
The dealership was great in immediately contacting me but failed to be truthful about many issues that they stated were corrected. They claimed that they replaced the brakes and rotors on the vehicle when it was evident that the brakes weren't. They would not show me the work (maintenance) that they claimed was corrected. Overall, the salesperson was awesome but the sales Manager was a cheat.

We live over three hours away and called ahead to discuss
We live over three hours away and called ahead to discuss purchasing a specific car they had. They told us that they were flexible and would be willing to negotiate the price but only in person. We made the drive only to get there and be bait and switched and told there was absolutely no room for negotiation. Terrible behavior to not be upfront and make a customer drive hours only to blindside them. This behavior is the reason people dislike dealing with salespeople and dealerships.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer.
Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. We had decided in the first 30 minutes which vehicle we wanted to purchase, still it took 4 hours to complete the transaction. They didn't seem particularly busy, just very, very slow. A few days later we noticed the front tires were a different size than the rear ones (not supposed to happen in an AWD car). It took 4 phone calls to various people to establish that they had known about it but sold it before fixing it. 2 days later after not driving the car at all, we were told the tires were in and we could drive down to have them switched out. No apologies, no acknowledgment that we had to take most of an afternoon to drive the 100 miles to and from the dealership. A little customer service from the beginning of the issue would have gone a long way.
