Elderly abuse! Stay away from this dealership! My Dad took his car in to get an oil change, and they forgot to put oil in it! Ten minutes after leaving, they called him to come back, and by the time he got back, the engine was blown. They said they would put a rebuilt engine in and two months later the car is still not done. My parents went to the dealership to get some paperwork out of the car, and they talked them into a new vehicle. My parents are in their late 70's, Dad's a Veteran, and my mom's legally blind. Boy, did they see them coming. Not only did they get them to buy a new car (making them pay $2,300 over MSRP!), 'Adam' the sales guy told them it was an upcharge. What's an upcharge?!? They are selling a vehicle similar to my Dad's trade-in for $8K more than they gave him for his trade-in. My parents did not need to spend any of this money. The dealership blew their car engine and then made money on the trade-in and upsell! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They do not stand behind their work and take advantage of older people. Please tell your loved ones to stay away from this dealership!!!

Dishonest salesperson…they try to manipulate and take advantage of people thinking we are clueless…poor customer service…I would not recommend at all, I rather recommend another dealership

My car didn't start. I called the service center at 8:49 AM and ledt a message.I called numerous times but it was useless. Didn't receive a courtesy call and no follow-up calls brom Bert Ogden.

Went into the dealership requesting information about a car for a friend. Explained that my friend had seen an add advertising a 4Runner for a specific monthly payment. The sales person went into the back office to find out more information. Fifteen minutes later a sales manager and the sales person came out to inform me that the vehicle in question was no longer available. I immediately smelled something fishy and determined that this was the classic "bait and switch" sales tactic. Never again.

Great service the salesman Aaron made it quick and easy for me. I recommend going and asking for Aaron and Adan in the sales department.

The sales staff is very knowledgeable and quick at identifying your vehicle needs. If you work out the deal before hand, you are in and out the dealership in no time. Extremely efficient Sales and Finance team.
