Each time a take my vehicle in to be serviced, the guys supposedly fixing my car break something else or don't complete the service. Most recent experience... was when I took the car in last week because a panel light "Unspecified Right Front Obstruction" came on. I called made an appointment, arrived on time and waited....And waited. After waiting for more than 3 hours I was advised the car was ready. Shortly after leaving I noticed something was hanging underneath the car. Upon closer inspection they had not bolted the shield panel after connecting the car to the diagnostic machine. I took the car back the next day for them to put bolts in. After waiting more than 45 minutes I was given the key and told car was ready. I decided to check and discovered they had only replaced bolts on one side. Left side was still hanging. Unfortunately, it is like that practically every time I've had to take the car in for service. On another occasion I had to take the car in on 3 different times for the same issue. That was right after the purchase. That should have been my indication that they don't do what they say. This has literally the WORST CAR BUYING AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I have owned several cars and purchased them through various dealers and NEVER HAVE I experienced the issues I have with FIVE STAR. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FIVE STAR NISSAN OR ANY OF THERE SUBSIDIARIES.

Recently had a great experience at Five Star Nissan! Couldn't have asked for better customer service. I was very impressed with our salesman, Alex Bentley,... who I recommend to anyone wanting to buy a new or used car. Will Hargrove in the finance department was great, also. Austin loves his 2015 Nissan Altima.
Yesterday I left a bad rating. Having had the misunderstanding cleared up from the Mgr. I wanted to let everyone know that I think they definitely care... about customer satisfaction.

Women beware of this place. According to the sales manager John Scinto you should have your husband with you when buying a car from them. At least that... is the way he talked to me. He wanted to know why I wasn't with my wife the day they scammed her and he kept repeating the question of where was I the day she bought the car. I personally think a woman should be able to purchase a car or anything else with out her husband being there. She should not have to worry about being cheated by people like them. She paid $13,500.00 down and the rest was to be financed. She signed the papers and later received back what she thought was copies of the signed papers in a sealed envelope. The next day when she looked at the papers she discovered the car and loan was in another name. This person does not have a job or a valid drivers license. How can this be. We took the car back but they won't refund all of the money. They are keeping $405.00 for a restocking fee. She had the car for approximately 2.5 days. I tried to speak to the general manager Mark Cook but he was just as nasty as John and hung up on me. We were to get a check today but now they say it will be Monday. I feel like what they did should be illegal. Wondering if she will get any money back on Monday.

Five Star Nissan is the best! This was by far one of my best experiences with a local service technician. Adam Perritt is a master certified Toyota tech... and did a superb job on my Toyota 4Runner. All issues resolved at a reasonable price = happy customer. Also, Rex Matthews served as a great service advisor through the entire process. Thanks Five Star Nissan!

This dealership is fantastic. Every time i’ve been in, Rex Matthews and Rick McGill have been very warm and welcoming. They have always given me prompt... and courteous service. Even the telephone lady up front is super sweet and nice. Plus the 2 guys that gave rides home were super sweet. I love Five Star!!!
