I purchased a Jeep from them .. Sales was amazing, smooth and easy .. great experience there !!! But a hour into the drive back home the jeep started making an awful noise in the way back home , had to have the jeep towed the rest the way .. I contacted them immediately tryin to atleast get the vehicle looked at , inspected or something... I explained I need this for appointments for my dad and was assured it was ready to go .. to be told we sell as is, but we will check with our GM , still haven't heard anything .. I get that from a moms and pops buy here pay here lot but not a big dealer .. it wasn't even 4 hours after driving off the lot .. Do better !!! Be better !!!

Sales was amazing.. after leaving with the vehicle made it an hour down the interstate on a 2 Hour Dr. back home Jeep started making a horrible noise in the front end contact the dealership immediately and ask for an inspection or if there was anything that they could do being it was so recently purchased within a four hour window they told me they usually sell their vehicles as is I get that for a little mom and Pops buy here pay her a lot but not from a big reputable dealer like them told me they would talk to their GM and let me know if there was anything they can do it's been almost 48 hours and I'm still not heard anything the jeep had to be towed home after four hours of owning it it's been sitting in my yard for three days

Came 6 1/2 hours to purchase a truck that was supposed to only have a little over 14000 miles it had 18000 miles. The carfax was still listed at 11000 and some change. they did not give it full service as it was being driven by the owner or someone at the dealer until that morning. The salesman was nice but the dealership as a whole have some very dishonest and untrustworthy people as their higher ups. I will not be doing business with them again.

Salesman and parts department were no help in replacing lost floor mat after the sale. Car had no front passenger floor mat that I didn't notice while at the dealership. Otherwise they were fine. I love the car.

I recently bought a ford from them, the car itself it great and so was the two gentleman helping me, but I was promised that my car would be filled up with gas before I left, it wasn’t, and I was also told that the car was fully detailed, it wasn’t. The overall experience was fine but I wish they would’ve kept their word on the detail and gas
