I live 7 hours away so he picked me up from the airport in my new to me, 2024 truck. We made an easy transaction at the dealership with no pressure and I was on my way. Deceptive financing. I agreed to purchase terms (monthly payment and 60 months). I was shown those terms and signed to those terms on electronic signature pad. The terms were changed afterward to 72 months. I failed to inspect hardcopy printouts before leaving believing they were the terms I signed. Deception not discovered until terms were received from financing bank. Salesperson was a polite and professional.

My salesman went the extra mile to address any and all concerns I had, worked extremely hard to get me the best possible price and rates!
