Bought a 2016 Chevy Trax in August for my Granddaughter, seemed like a great deal. The car engine has quit working. Needs replaced only after 3 months. Didn't even have 100,000 miles. Would not recommend. After we got it took it to get tuned up and everything checked out. So mad, out of 10000 dollars!

Terrible Auto group
Beware do not buy a car from Brent! I have had major repairs since I bought a car this past march and just found out the turbo is going out on a 2018 Chevy Trax. He brings whatever crap and tries to make money and has no conscience. Do not purchase a car from this person!

Deal retracted so they could sell a car for more $
I had a very bad experience with this dealership. The short version is that you should not buy a car from them because you can't trust them. If you like details, then please enjoy my cautionary tale. I contacted this dealership the first week of July to buy a Jeep Wrangler I had seen online. To my surprise they told me that it was actually located in Florida and it would have to be shipped up here. Initially they wanted me to pay for shipping but I pushed back so they agreed to cover it. I gave them a $1,000 deposit and I have a receipt indicating exactly which vehicle that was going toward. Nice Auto had to arrange shipping which took some time and I had to wait about a month for it to come up to Ohio. Apparently they had problems finding a shipper because of the wide tires on the Jeep. I thought it would be worth it since they told me that this was one of the owner's personal vehicles that had never been out of Port Orange Florida (near Daytona). Also, from the pictures the vehicle was very unique and customized. The week that I was supposed to be picking up the vehicle I got a call from Brent and he told me he could no longer sell the car to me. He told me that in actuality, the car was not the owners and instead was being taken in on consignment. He then told me that the seller "just liked the car too much" and decided not to sell it. He said that because of the way this deal turned out they would never take another car in on consignment, blah, blah, blah. They asked if I wanted to put my $1000 on another car on their lot and I said no. They agreed to refund my money which they did the following day. Here's where the story gets interesting. I started looking online for Jeeps again and 3 days after they called to tell me I couldn't buy it, I see the exact same Jeep now for sale at Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet here in Columbus, except now the price is $5,990 more. Much to my surprise, it was the exact same Jeep I had made a deal with “Nice” for! Exact same mileage, same color, same unique customizations, decals, etc….the only difference was that now it was being advertised at $5990 more than I had previously made a deal with “Nice” for. I even went to test drive it and make sure. They told me details about the previous registrant to confirm my suspicion (including that it had all it’s maintenance done in Daytona Florida). So, what that means is that “Nice” realized they should have made a better deal to begin with, they cooked up some xxxxxxxx story about consignment/the seller wanting to keep their vehicle to get out of my contract to buy the car, and then they sold it for a few dollars more to another dealership while they could care less that they strung me along for a month. I contacted my attorney to see if it was worth pursuing legally, since I can prove my deal for the car and have pictures of the car for sale at both places from their published listings…which means that if I still bought the same Jeep I could prove damages levied against me for the difference in cost…. but alas, my attorney advised that the amount of money I would get would not be worth my time and aggravation. I tend to agree with him. The moral of the story is just don’t trust this place. There are many words to describe them but nice is not one of them. Their mouths only open to tell lies and contracts go out the window if someone comes along with two dollars more. Consider a reputable dealership instead.

Overall Car Buying Experience
Great dealership. I got a 2015 Ford Focus at a steal because of some obvious cosmetic work (repairs I could do myself). Took it straight to a Ford dealership and had it checked out. There were no major flaws with the car (engine, transmission, frame, etc.), so it was bought exactly as promised.

Had some problems
Bought TJ. Ran good about 1 day. Had engine stalls and gauges erratic. Several error codes. About week and a half of diagnostics and $700 in parts, I have repaired the Jeep. I notified the dealer just to let them know what I was going through but never heard back from them. Thought I would...

Easy, no-pressure experience
When my mechanic advised against sinking any more money into repairing my old car, he recommended that I talk to Brent at Nice Auto Group. I found a car I love for a price I can afford. The whole process was easy, friendly, and involved no high-pressure sales tactics. Very refreshing!

Thank you so much Marie! It was a true pleasure having you as a customer.
Great doing business with Nice Auto Group
Had the best selection of used trucks that I could find locally. They will be my first stop when I'm looking for any future vehicles.
