This is why I gave the review I gave because my experience with your sale associate was very pleasant and I felt he was working real hard to get everything done as fast as possible for me.

I recently purchased my 2012 Jeep Rubicon from Park Motors. I had looked for approximately 6 months at used jeeps. I am very happy that I ordered mine through Gregg Buddenhagen. he took the time to go through all of my questions about the used vehicles and after his very knowledgeable input I decided to order new. By far the best car buying experience yet! I had looked at another dealership for the same model (2012 Durango), and the salesman completely turned me off and away from the dealership. I visited Newburgh Park Motors and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and was greeted by everyone, not just the salesman I worked with. My salesman Gregg Buddenhagen was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the vehicle and options available, which made my decision much easier to make. Gregg worked diligently to find the model I wanted. Being a female buyer I especially appreciated the fact that I was treated professionally and communicated to directly, rather than through my husband who was just tagging along. This is something the other dealership failed to recognize. Gregg is one of the Best Salesmen I've worked with in a long time. Very knowledgable in his product line up. Extremely polite, friendly, positive and relaxed. I felt know pressure from him for purchase. He patiently worked with me through the process of selecting my new car. If I asked a question about the vehicle he answered it right away or got me the answer as quickly as possible. When it came to closing the deal, he and his associates proved once again just how effiecent this dealership is. When I asked about some accessories, he confirmed their availibility and got me locked in prices on those too. As a result my new Jeep was delivered same day with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Recently I found myself in need of a new vehicle. I visited Suresky's in Goshen and found the sales person to be inattentive. While waiting for them I found a very attractive Jeep Compass, when the salesperson finally arrived she was aggressive and seemed to see us as a number rather then a family looking to buy a new vehicle. I left without even test driving the jeep. I then found the closest Jeep dealership which was Newburgh Park Motors and drove the extra 22 miles to get to them. Upon arrival Gregg Buddenhagen greeted us and was attentive, courteous and friendly. He took time to discuss what we needed and wanted, He then took time to search for the exact vehicle I wanted, finding it, Gregg and Newburgh Park Motors did everything to accommodate me by having the jeep the next day.
