I wanted to thank The net motor cars crew for everything

I wanted to thank The net motor cars crew for everything that they were able to accomplish for me. When I originally inquired on getting a sports car, I was a little unsure of which direction I would like to proceed with. I knew I wanted something that was fun to drive, but I didn’t quite know if it was going to be A convertible, or the hardtop walking through the indoor showroom was a blessing because I was able to see all the vehicles in perfect working order and ready to drive. The choices were pretty a clear to me once I found the indoor showroom that I was gonna be buying a car today. going through the financing with The finance manager was effortless and was all completed within a timely manner. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them in the future.

Sale was good.

Sale was good. Found several issues with the vehicle after the sale of which dealership only fixed some. Not great followup.

Based on my experience, these guys are honest and ethical

Based on my experience, these guys are honest and ethical ...... and they treated me very well. I flew to Chicago from Tennessee to make a deal with them. They have a great selection of nice used vehicles and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The salesman, Chris was pleasant to work with and so were the owners, Mike and Joe. I have no complaints and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

>>Reseached "on-line" and made a $ deposit, flew to Chicago from New Orleans, test drove, finalized purchse and completed a long road trip home (900 miles). >>Satisfaction with VEHICLE was 5 STAR ... Exceptionally well detailed. As advertised in pictures. Despite its 2005 age, the car was tight, responsive, and without any rattles. No issues surfaced on the 900 mile trip home. >>Satisfaction with STAFFwas 5 STAR ... Chris was personable and helpful from beginning to end. Joe was able to answer all questions regarding out of state registration and titling. No surprises at closing. >>Satisfaction with DELIVERY was 1-2 STAR ... There were no mechanical or cosmetic issues with the car but upon leaving the gas light came on within a mile of driving from the dealership. Found a gas station, filled up and the gauge properly showed a full tank. >>OVERALL RATING ... I am 74 and have never bought a new or used car that did not have a full tank of gas upon delivery. I am assuming that this was an oversight as all other aspects of the transaction were on point. Despite the angst of running out of gas, I stillI rate the dealership a 5 STAR and would return to buy again, even if 900 miles away.

Terrific dealership!

Terrific dealership!! Purchased a car I had been looking for online with no issues and no "hiccups". JB was great to deal with and followed up throughout the entire process. I live in Columbus, Ohio - Net Motorcars shipped the car to my front door and it arrived less than 18 hours later. The car was just as advertised and as the pictures showed. I was VERY pleased and still am. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with JB (James Brown) as your sales rep.
