My experience with net motorcars is that the dealership will always try to put its best product on the lot. They genuinely care about happy customers.
Great experience! Love the car. The guys at Net Motorcars made it easy - the car was exactly as described, the pricing was fair - with no surprises. And although I probably could have spent some time looking around their museum like showroom- I was outta there and on my way super fast.
Excellent Customer Service
October 15, 2022 I recently purchased a 2010 Cadillac DTS from NetMotors.com. I had never purchased a car online, sight unseen before. I talked to Mike P. and he told me had just inspected the car for 45 minutes and pointed out a few minor things that were wrong, but they were not deal breakers for me. Mike P. explained everything in detail and kept me informed as to how things were progressing with my wire transfer and delivery. We were pleased with the car when it was delivery date. Mike P. called after delivery to make sure we were satisfied. A key fob was not working and he suggested reprogramming following instructions in the manual and that worked. There were no floor mats and even though they were not pictured they shipped me a set from another car. Their customer service was excellent.
A fun experience! Not everyone can say they bought a car while riding a train to Montana. Mike P. was great and made the process easy and quick. Had my beautiful Solara delivered and have been driving her every day ❤

I have been a part of many car transactions with this dealership. I can honestly say this dealership operates with the upmost integrity. Also anytime I have been a part of a purchase here. The transaction has always been very transparent and the transaction has been completed very quickly. I highly recommend them

My experience @ Net Motorcars with Chris Spiros was exceptional! We just purchased a 2011 Volvo C70 T5 from them for my son in Houston! The whole process was professional and painless! Chris took many extra photos & videos for us! They had the CarFax! Everything was above board, no games, no wasted time! We hired a 3rd party inspection company that verified all of the dealership details perfectly. Chris also refused to load it on a transporter that obviously did not have the proper equipment to load our Volvo! If you want customer service and very nice vehicles, we highly recommend Net Motorcars be your first (and last) stop! These guys totally "get it"!!!

I often write great reviews, for those whos services or products deserve it. Rarely the opposite happens. Unfortunately, the latter applies here. If there is anything you take from this is that you should always, pay an independent inspector to go over the vehicle before you purchase. I phone cash-purchased a 2010 Ford Sport Trac Adrenalin from Net Motor Cars this December past, after I was given assurances by the sales staff that this vehicle was in great condition, per my SPECIFIC condition questions, being myself in the business for over 35 years. They stated that I had nothing to worry about, and that they "do not sell junk". Taking their word, I wired the money next day. After receiving the vehicle I took to get serviced Oil Change etc. I was told by the shop that the vehicle was not road worthy, moreover not safe to drive. Seeking a second opinion, I took to other more mechanical shops where they parroted the same. This vehicle had EXTENSSIVE corrosion damage to frame and it's components. Additionally, Oil leaks, rusted out exhaust, rust-snapped parking cable, cracked exhaust manifold, seized suspension components, rotted out spare, burned out bulbs even! I attempted to reach out to the owner of the dealer to no avail, I'm always contacted by partner, or manager instead. They kept giving me the run around, about a northern vehicle rust which was normal. Even to it's current state - it was normal. They offered no assistance to my queries, moreover the promise to call me call back "next week" for follow-ups never happened. It's been silence for over two months now. Fed-up with the attitude and quite frankly rudeness, I decided to tackle the repairs myself, or as I could being disabled. Decided to pay out-of-pocked the other more involved repairs. Fast forward to this day, here we are and $7300.00 later, we're almost to an acceptable point.....and at least it passes State Inspection now. Sorry for going long, but do yourself a favor DO NOT trust this dealers descriptions, and hire a independent Vehicle Inspector. Please!

Every person at the dealership was professional, diligent, and helpful. Answers were succinct. Texts, emails, and phone calls were returned quickly. The process was seamless.
Great Efficient Team
Overall great experience. Chris was easy to work with No hard sell or pressure. Vehicle delivered to my front door as promised. I Highly recommend Chris and NETMOTORCARS
